You'll love the comfort of this accommodation, with its fully-equipped kitchenette, double bed, stylish modern decor and bathroom with shower.
Ideal for solo travellers, business travellers or couples on a short break!
The flat is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a typical Lille building, and you will have access to the whole flat.
The staircase to access the flat is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.
For information, renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas. This may cause some noise pollution, only during the day and excluding weekends.
The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video !
The neighbourhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs !
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day.
You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the presence of the host.
