Charmant Corps de Ferme Renové Proche de Chartres

This magnificent old farmhouse partly renovated allows you to enjoy a main house of 180m2 completely renovated for 7 adults and a child (+1 travel cot and a 2nd child's bed possible on request). The 3ha plot houses a garden area, a pergola, an interior courtyard that can park 5/6 vehicles, a pasture with our 4 donkeys and a pond (not protected for children but far from the house). An outbuilding and a barn not accessible complete the property. Enjoy time by the fire in winter as well as around the barbecue in the garden in summer! For your outings, small electric boats in Bonneval (20min), walk in the historic heart of Chartres with its market, cathedrals, restaurants and shops (2min), or the zoo La Tanière 20min. Orléans is 45min away. The Voves train station 5 minutes from the house by car serves Paris in 1h00 only.

Why they chose this property

Ce qui nous a plu dans cette maison c’est avant tout qu’on s’y sent bien en entrant. Localisée dans un havre de paix, la maison n’a pas de voisin mitoyens et dispose de 3ha de prés pour nos 4 ânes. Aussi agréable en été qu’en hiver, nous espérons que vous aussi, vous y sentirez merveilleusement bien.
