Welcome to Perfect Timing Cabin!

Shy 2 acres in the coveted Southern Hills development, the property is heavily wooded with a seasonal creek. Awesome place to get fresh air, see nature, enjoy on property: propane grill (propane provided), horseshoe pit, cornhole, fire pit, jacuzzi, or enjoy foosball and over 400 80's Arcade Classics with the Cocktail Table in the loft. With the 200Mbps/50Mbps (Down/Up) Iternet, you can stream anything to any of the various TVs or your favorite Music platforms, or even login (yuck) to work and have a reliable VPN connection!

The downstairs bedroom has a King Sized bed, the upstairs bedroom has a Queen Sized bed, and the loft has one cozy Queen Sized bed, easily accommodating 6 sleepy guests in total!

There's a large porch that wraps around nearly 1/2 of the Cabin, with pleasant views of all of the large trees, tables and overhead fans for conversations, along with a robust propane grill (propane provided at no cost).

Conveniently located near all of the best small town businesses, coffee shops, breweries, pizza, and more. Truly the best balance of nature and modern day comfort access.

Great location and size for a family getaway

We had a great time at this cabin. Rained a couple days so having the games/hot tub/ and overall openness of the home kept everyone happy. Would book again.

Quiet Relaxation

We enjoyed our relaxing time here. Having the hot tub was very nice. It was a good time celebrating Thanksgiving with family and friends. Just a short drive to the trails, the lake and places to eat and shop.

This destination is awesome! Plenty of room for a couple of 4 or 6! Fun playing the arcade game and enjoying the woods. Check this place out!

Came up with 2 adults and 4 kiddos. Was as advertised. Location was great, cabin was comfortable and well appointed. Communication was so quick and easy as well, and the value was great. Will definitely be back again!

Pretty cabin and felt secluded

Would give an overall good rating due to the cabin being pretty and back in the woods enough that felt secluded. Master bed was very comfortable and the set up was perfect for our occasion with 2 teenagers upstairs with everything. Only things I would complain about is the outside is very dirty, tons of spiders and webs on everything. Just needs som TLC outside the cabin. We had to take webs off everything we touched which was terrifying cause I hate spiders.

Family Vacation

This was booked for a family vacation. With a range of ages for the kids this house is not ideal. I each room has its own door that leads outside which isn’t great for kids. The overall location is great and I highly recommend this area. Cleanliness was another issue. The dishes were not clean. The vents were not cleaned. The chairs outside by the fire pit were broken. The hot tub was full of dirt. This properly works for single individuals or families with older kids but it not the best for smaller children.

Lovely Cabin but Does Need a Few Improvements

We loved our time at this cabin. We have a young family, with 3 children under 6. The cabin was clean and amply spaced for our crew. We especially loved the foosball table upstairs and the play fort outside. We did have some problems with the front door's keypad system locking up, sometimes taking us 10+ minutes to get into the cabin. I would also HIGHLY recommend a motion light or outdoor light on the side of the cabin. There are VERY large boulders in our yard and we had 2 different adults trip over them after dark during our stay while walking from the front porch to the fire pit -- one adult was carrying a baby and flipped over the top. It's a miracle she didn't break her legs. Overall, we loved the cabin and a few minor improvements would easily make it a five star stay.

Perfect getaway

Mother daughter getaway for a couple moms. Perfect location close to Beavers Bend park and close to town too. We had bad weather one day, but there was plenty to do at the cabin such as Foosball, arcade games, movies, outside games and hot tub. The cabin was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Timing Cabin is our second cabin - this time invested by two life-long friends and their growing families.

Owners Louis and John have been friends for over 20 years, both married to wonderful ladies, and have several children. Louis and John both work in highly technical fields - computer science and physics - and simply love life, spending time with our families and now sharing our vacation cabins with other families making their own memories with us.

Our families believe in the American Dream. We understand that everyone works so hard and sometimes just need to get some fresh air, relief from the day-to-day grind, and simply recharge. We're over-committed to ensuring our guests truly get the reset they need from all of the hard work they do.
