Fabulous hotel and location

We loved the Michelangelo and it was the perfect location for visiting Times Square and the theatre district. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. My only negative comment would be that the pics on the VRBO listing are misleading. There needs to be pics of the actual room, as the pictures make it seem like you are getting an entire suite. Other than the listing issue, the stay was outstanding.

Location and property amazing; posting inaccurate

Would totally stay at this property again. It was BEAUTIFUL and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We were quite disappointed to find that the listing detail of “separate living space” was patently false for our listing. When I asked RoomPicks about this they went auto-response on me and said “feel free to check out our listing.” Seriously?! I responded that I was already checked and IN the room. No response. I then asked for a waiver of our “resort fee,” (it was unclear what that fee covered anyway) for the significant error, and I never heard from the host again. Very disappointed in the host, but the property was great and we had a smashing time.
