Farm house, 5 miles from Avignon! Vineyard

100 years old farm house build by my Grandfather, 5 miles from Avignon, 6 miles from Fontaine de Vaucluse, antiques capital of Europe, 3 bedrooms all king size beds, 1 bathroom, AC, TVs in all rooms, very large fenced lot with plenty of free parking under the barns.
Extensively renovated and refurbished over the last 20 years, all original furnitures are still there, chandeliers, card table, ceramic stove, stunning, one of a kind stone staircase, my Grandmother’s piano, sewing machine, radio, irons for clothes etc… Sonos sound system and a JBL Bluetooth speaker for outside.The house is close many historical sites as well as amusements parks for kids like Spirou and Wave Island only 20 minutes away!

My Grandfather built it in 1926, i live and work in the US, I have been remodeling and redecorating the house for the last 20 years.
It is situated close to many historic sites and villages.
My mom lives on property next door and is very convivial, when she retired she built an apartment where the stables used to be, smaller and more practical for one person.
She might treat you to an aperitif or two! There will be some bottles of wines from our grapes.

Why they chose this property

This house has been passed through generations, this is where I was born and grew up and is very sentimental for me, all the original antique furnitures are still there as well as my Grandmother’s piano but out of tune and not repairable unfortunately! Also the beautiful ceramic stove is just gorgeous to look at unless you come in the winter you will then fully appreciate it!

It’s a unique house, the stone walls, a unique craftsmanship staircase built in one piece in stone, the high ceilings, unusual chandeliers, gorgeous doors, a beautiful Provençal kitchen, the huge front yard is great.
The family winery is up the street for tastings and wine buying.
