For your vacation, we offer for rent this 65 m2 apartment with air conditioning located a few steps from the Lecques beach.

The apartment is very bright, it is composed of an entrance hall opening onto a large living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a double terrace, one opening onto the living room with a surface area of approximately 6 m2 and the second, on the kitchen side with a surface area of approximately 5 m2. Enough to enjoy the sun, the heat of the south and long meals with family or friends in complete peace.

On the night side, there is a bedroom with a surface area of 13 m2 with a double bed and a second of approximately 12 m2 with two single beds equipped with a cupboard to store your belongings.
The property has a bathroom, with plenty of storage space and a single sink unit. The toilets are separate.

Parking:
To park, free parking spaces are available in the residence.

Equipment:
Air conditioning; internet via wifi; washing machine; dishwasher; fridge; freezer; hob; extractor hood; coffee maker; kettle; toaster; oven; microwave; double bed 140 and two single beds 90; vacuum cleaner; dishes; cutlery and kitchen utensils in sufficient number for the indicated sleeping capacity.

The Domino residence is quiet and secure, close to all amenities and it is very easy to park.

Environment:
The Lecques beach is a large family beach of fine sand. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand of almost 2 km and its postcard view. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments of the Lecques beach also welcome you from April to October. Water activities possible in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, jet skiing.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional for a fee and on request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
