On the ground floor: - Living room with sitting area and wood-burning stove, dining room, and kitchen On the first floor: - 1 bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, which can be converted into two 80 x 200 cm beds - 1 bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds - 1 bathroom - 1 separate toilet For your comfort, everything is included: sheets, table and bath linens, beds made upon arrival, and a cleaning fee. Only wood for the stove is not provided. Exterior: - Private, fenced terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and a plancha grill - Additional amenities: bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, accessible via the terrace and outside exit Private parking in front of the house entrance (2 spaces). After passing through the door of the farmhouse surrounded by a majestic wisteria, welcome to the Ostrea Edulis gîte, from the Latin name of this flat oyster found particularly in the bay of Mont Saint-Michel. This 18th century stone house offers you a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Super schönes und typisch bretonisches Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Voll eingezäunter Innenhof mit Liegen und Gartenmöbeln. Alles sauber. Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit kontaktierbar. Kein deutsches TV.
