Family stay

Property was spacious great neighborhood and very well kept my only complaint was there was a loose door knobs to the bathrooms and there was a biiiiiiiig pile of dog poop on the door stoop of the upstairs door that lead to the balcony overall will book again

Great Place to Stay

It was an amazing place to stay at and plenty of room if it is a social gathering with friends, everyone had a place to sleep. Make sure to turn on AC units otherwise it will get hot. Friendly help from the owner, just didn’t know how to check in until last minute

The build if the house is beautiful. The cleanliness could be better, we found leftover pop, snack wrappers and a sock in the living room alone. The dishwasher was full of dishes and when opened there was a musty smell. The fridge,while brand new, could have been wiped out better. This house wasn't sparkling clean but it was doable for what we were doing. The beds were comfortable and ac worked on all three levels so that was a bonus. Also the mirrors and bathtubs in the bathrooms could have been wiped out but they werent before our arrival.

Needs to be cleaned

This house is very unique and it could be really cool place to stay but it’s filthy. I booked this house and then saw a review come through a few weeks later. This review had concerns with cleanliness. I contacted the owner 3 times before I got a response. I specifically asked about cleaning the house. He said all issues had been addressed and take. care of. Well that was simply not true. There are no fire detectors in the house. The walls were dirty, the carpet was not vacuumed, you could see debris on the carpet on the steps as well as upstairs. There was 1 window air conditioner which did not fit the window and it had 1/3 of the window left wide open without any screen, which left it open for bugs and the window air conditioner not really able to work. There was no working air conditioner for 3rd floor rooms. Dishes were left all over the kitchen counter. I have no idea why anyone has been chartered a cleaning fee because clearly this place has not been cleaned. This place should not be rented out anymore.

no one should stay

basement was full of nasty trash. saw it because power went out when plug in heater. mouse dropping on blankets. could not get in. owner would not refund money even after we sent company pictures of the garage in basement. unsafe and should never rented

We never have any trash in the basement. Basement is rented to a contractor. We also never have any mouse. Never stored any food in the house. Surely never have any mouse drops. It is purely out of their imagination. Might be they have been living with mouse for too long.

Beautiful, but dirty…

There were many things that needed to be more thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We found dirty dishes in the cupboards and dirty bathrooms, even the carpets needed to be vacuumed. There were also cockroaches present. The manager was responsive to issues we had. The smoke alarms were not functional. It’s a lovely property, we hope you get the place thoroughly cleaned and finished before you rent it out again.
