This magnificent flat, fully renovated and equipped consists of 4 rooms and 2 exteriors.
Accommodation for 6 people, very elegant and contemporary located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift.
Fully air-conditioned in every room.
1 separate kitchen
1 bedroom with two single beds
1 bathroom with shower and toilet
1 bedroom with double bed + bathroom with bath and toilet + 1 balcony

In the heart of Nice's shopping district, you can do everything on foot: the sea, old Nice and its daily market are just 3 tram stops or 5 minutes away on foot.

You'll be able to discover Nice with everything close at hand, including a tram stop at the bottom of the building that will take you to Nice city station in just one stop. The location is ideal.

Family trip

We arrived from the US and were able to get into the apt a little early, which was great. The apt was fabulous and the location was great. Close to the tram to the train station but also close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping! We all, the 19 and 17yo included, loved this place. Thanks for your hospitality!

Over all it was a great apartment! Lots of space and two bedrooms because we were two couples with our own washrooms. Loved the small balconies for our morning coffee. Very centrally located with a convenience store across the street and within 6 to 8 minutes walk to many great restaurants and not far from the outdoor market and the waterfront. Highly recommend this place with the exception of 79 (yes we counted) stair steps to the unit, so if you have issues with that many stairs \_(ツ)_/

I spent 20 days in this apartment. It has the absolute best location. The walkability is amazing. You are close enough to Vieux Nice and Place Massena, but also very much in a neighborhood with coffee shops, boulangeries, restaurants. You will need to climb stairs which is particularly hard with heavy bags but it's just once in and once out. The air conditioning works but they request in not be set below 22 C/71 F. It had a little trouble keeping up on a very hot week but was good enough. Everything is cute and clean. Unfortunately, there is a security issue at this property. Someone entered on our 17th day and stole my watch and cash. What was most alarming was the response from the hosts. They accused me of giving the key to strangers and told me to "stop with the cinema" which I think translated to me being dramatic. I spent hours at the police department in Nice filing out a police report. The most alarming thing is that the Nice police told me that this is extremely common and they have reports of this all the time. They said a criminal can stay in the unit for one or two nights, copy the key, and then return over and over stealing from those staying on property. The remainder of our trip was ruined after we knew someone had accessed the apartment. And don't expect Vrbo to help you in recouping any nights. They asked the host to refund me and the host said no. Then the case closes. This host runs 31 other properties in Nice. Do not leave valuables in any Vrbo anywhere.

Hello kristin, We are so chocked by your review !! Thank you for being honnest in the first part but we are absolutely not agrée with you First we accept only 3 night minimum booking and we rent this apartment for more than 2 years and nothing similar that what you say happened before You sayed your swatch was in gold, silver and Diamond… The door apartment is very secure so without key and effraction on it … And the only one who get key copy is me that i give to cleaning lady when we have Check out and we work with her for more than …10years We told you this and the only thing to do is to call police but without effraction on the door it Will be difficult

The apartment is cute. It had the amenities as stated. However, it needs a woman's touch. There was basic shampoo only...no conditioner. Only one towel per person ...if other women are like me, I want a towel for my hair too. There was only one pillow per person and those were not great. The location was great to get to shopping, the beach, and sight seeing. The communication with the hosts was great. Both were very nice and easy to get a hold of.
