This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

With one convertible bed, the condominium is perfect and spacious enough for up to three guests. Decorated in a clean, modern style, finished with granite, it comes fully furnished with an equipped designer kitchen so it's also the perfect place for a quiet, easy meal or even for more elaborate entertaining. In a new building with all of the creature comforts, this vacation rental condo features mattresses of hotel quality and sheet thread-counts are of luxury quality to compare with the more expensive hotels in town.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

wonderful location

  • 5 of 5

Our stay in Seattle was awesome and the location could not have been better. Close to Pikes Market, Space Needle, and a bus stop right out your front door. Two nice family owned food markets minutes from the Oasis. A favorite for us was the $5.00 happy hour at the Belltown Brewery just a left out the front door and then a right and you are there. Also CJ'S is awesome for breakfast or any meal. Fast and fairly priced. The condo is clean, well furnished, and quiet.. Don't forget to take advantage of the roof top terrace. Spent three nights at the Oasis and went to the terrace every evening. Comfortably furnished and nice views. Highly recommended beats any fair priced hotel..

Overall, a great place to stay in downtown Seattle with some flaws that the owners can easily remedy

  • 4 of 5

As people have said before, the check-in process is missing a lot of steps and isn't very helpful. Seattle Oasis would be well served to review and rewrite them. I'm tempted to do it myself but I have limited space here. Suffice it to say I never found a use for the key on the key fob. Everything was RFID or passcode. That should have been better explained. Also, the elevators are hidden back behind the mailboxes in a way that is not immediately apparent.

Also, the book/folder they provide that talks about places to go is very out of date. Spaghetti Factory is closed down and you are not getting into most restaurants they suggested in the summer without a reservation (Try Mama's Cantina and Anthony's Bell Street Diner). On top of that someone re-arranged the pages at some point in the past. That made things confusing.

When we arrived it looks like the room had just been finished cleaning, a broken fan with a note from the previous tenants was on the counter, a wet rag was on the table and a load was running in the washer. Thankfully an AC unit was added and running but it wasn't really powerful enough to keep the whole place cool. It also stopped working half-way through our visit in the middle of the night. I had to find a manual online (It wasn't with the rest of the manuals in the kitchen) to figure out how to drain it as it was full of water (according to the manual that's something that has to be done regularly) after that it worked again.

One other note, the sheer volume of texts and emails from Seattle Oasis was ridiculous and they show up at all hours of the day and night. That was fairly annoying. I've never seen any other place on VBRO send such a ridiculous number of emails/texts.

Aside from those issues we had a great stay. The location is great. You can walk all over. The apartment, though small was very well decorated and comfortable. The roof terrace was very nice as well.

Lovely light-filled Seattle apartment

  • 5 of 5

The downtown location of this nicely appointed apartment was a perfect alternative to a hotel stay for our family's urban getaway. The fact that it comes with a parking space in a secure garage made it easy for us to explore everything nearby on foot, without spending an extra arm and a leg to leave our car. The rooftop patio provided a great space for our two very active boys to burn off steam while we lounged and enjoyed the terrific views. Staff was always attentive when we called with questions. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great downtown spot - get anywhere easy!

  • 4 of 5

This place is for a big-city lover. You can get anywhere easily here, it's right ON the bus line for just about everything. Literally, there is a bus, or 3, waiting outside the door. Upside, it's easy to get around, downside, the noise can get bothersome with windows open. We hit it at a nice time, ~70, however the place gets full sun so it's warm in there. This requires fresh air which means city noise...you get used to it but sometimes it's grating. However, once the windows were closed, it's quiet. Loved the location, easy to get to Pike Market (the gum wall!), the Space Needle, Ferrys, etc. Great food right outside. Belltown is the densest part of Seattle so everything is close.

Small place, good for 2 but just barely. Don't hesitate if you want the city/Seattle down-town experience, however it's not really a place to hang for long - if you want to get out there and experience the city. Then it's perfect.

It was what we wanted (Belltown)

  • 5 of 5

Our apartment in the Belltown neighborhood gave us exactly what we wanted: a well-equipped, clean, one bedroom unit, with secure parking in a walkable setting. No surprises, good value. We walked to Whole Foods to buy breakfast food (plus wine & beer). Walked everywhere else too (Space Needle, Pike Market, Aquarium, ferry docks). Thanks for a great stay.
