Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: -a living room kitchen with English billiards area and an xbox with games -a small storage/cleaning/laundry area Upstairs : -a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) -another bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x190) -a bathroom with shower and sink -a toilet -a relaxation lounge giving access to the 25 m² terrace facing south towards the Vallée du Lié. Lots of board games on site. On the terrace: garden furniture, sun loungers and gas barbecue/grill, all with shade sail on sunny days. Street side to the North: parking on the public road in a street with little traffic. Townhouse adjoined on both sides: the owner and a third party. All shops on site in the town center 200 m away. It is in the town center of Plouguenast that you can come and settle down in this cozy house which once, in the 1940s, was a former tailor's business. After a beautiful renovation carried out quietly by Caroline and Jacques, they revealed this pretty rental with antique elements for the decoration and layout. To play without moderation, try billiards which awaits you with its different types of games. The surrounding area lends itself to hiking on marked paths for hikers, mountain bikers or horse riders. Why not also try a canoe-kayak trip at the nautical center on the Lié river which flows 150 m below? 12 km away, consider going to discover Moncontour, a small town full of character. Ideal base for exploring the Côtes d'Armor at the crossroads of the municipalities of Saint-Brieuc at 35 km, Lamballe at 30 km, Loudéac at 14 km (with its Aquarev Park). Wow! What a pleasure to return from a walk and relax at the end of the day on the terrace or around the billiards table... A gîte that is as unexpected as it is very comfortable!
