LOCATION! This is a newly remodeled and decorated condo with tile floors throughout and comfortable pillow top beds. The balcony has great views of the ocean and is a very short walk to a private sugar white sand beach. This is a gated community with two pools and a hot tub and also, an ample and secure parking for guests.

Easy access to beach where complementary service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella awaits (March-October)..

It is close to popular seafood restaurants, grocery stores and a few miles to Destin Commons, a unique, open air town center with state of the art movie theaters, fine dining and a wide variety of stores. It is also a short drive to Silver Sands Factory Outlet.

Superb semi-private and public golf courses including the No.1 ranked golf course in NW Florida are within a 5 minute drive, you will never be late for your tee time.

You can access your email and favorite websites without leaving the unit, it is equipped with wireless high speed internet for your convenience.

If you plan to bring your dog, please obtain owner approval before booking. Guests must abide by pet policy and attest that their pet is well-groomed, well-trained, up to 20 pounds and non-aggressive. Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the beach (check Walton County for rules and restrictions), but there is a boardwalk that runs along the beach and a dog area at Maravilla Resort. Dog owners are solely responsible for their pets.

There is free parking for 2 vehicles. The property does not allow, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.

This house is super comfortable and for the 9 of us golfing the RTJones golf trail, the location was perfect. Very large living room so all of us could watch the World Series and enjoy each others company. We were away from the house most days so didn’t enjoy the lake view for as long as I would like. Highly recommend.

This was our first time with this facility. We loved it all. The only complaint was the elevators. Staying on the 3rd floor was a bit much with two elevators out and one on the fritz.

The condo was wonderful. Perfect for us.

I would definitely rent this condo again in the future. The Maravilla complex needs some improvements. There is a need for new chairs around the pool and a new basketball net. I also think that both pools should be heated.

Presents as advertised. My issues were outside the control of the renter. Renters not cleaning up behind their pets, but property maintenance were visible on site cleaning the common areas. I would stay again.

Great Location to Miramar Beach

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The property was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The private beach access is great and the property has two pools and neither were over crowded which was great! The property is located close to everything Destin has to offer.

This condo was awesome and great location we loved everything about it. The only thing I might suggest would be maybe some blackout curtains or blinds in the master bedroom so you can sleep a little later than the sunrise :)

Even better than the pictures!

Loved this condo! Clean, minimal “stuff” cluttering up the tables and walls, and updated. We had 4 adults and one toddler for our visit and we all slept comfortably! The small bedroom with the bunk beds fits a pack n play nicely. The master is spacious and inviting. The room with the two full beds is nice, tight, but it was nice to have larger beds instead of twins. You have a small view of the ocean from the balcony which is nice. It’s a super short walk to the pool and the beach. Dishes, pots, pans, it’s all there. We had everything we needed to cook.
