En la planta baja del Villa View hay un amplio salón con cocina y un interior de primera clase. Desde el salón se puede acceder a una maravillosa terraza con piscina infinita climatizada (33 m2) con chorros de masaje, ducha exterior y tumbonas. Desde la terraza hay una maravillosa vista panorámica de la ciudad de Makarska, el mar y las islas. Los huéspedes pueden utilizar el amplio patio trasero de aproximadamente 500 m2, garaje y trastero, ducha exterior, lavadero y baño (4 m2, ducha) en el sótano.

En la primera planta hay cuatro habitaciones dobles con baño (6 m2). Todas las habitaciones tienen balcón con vistas al mar. Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado.

Above and beyond expectations

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of three couples. Tonci was outstanding in his communication with us and made the entire check in and out process easy. Gorgeous property, we will absolutely return

We stayed in late May to celebrate our youngest daughter’s High School graduation. The house is so peaceful and relaxing and believe it or not the pictures don’t do it justice to just how beautiful it is. Grocery store close by, less than a half mile that has everything you will need for your stay. Your host Tonci is great and is there to help you with anything you may need and offer recommendations on local excursions. Thank You Tonci for sharing your beautiful home with us and for your hospitality, greatly appreciated.

We had a really great time at this villa. Tonci was very helpful and gave us nice recommendations during the whole stay. He was always at our disposal (ordering taxi, booking trips etc.) and made our vacation unforgettable. The villa was clean and as shown on the pictures. Every bedroom has his own bathroom. The view from the Villa is very beautiful as it is located above the City.

Markeska stay during 3 week Croatia trip

First off, Tonci is a great owner. He is very communicative about nearly anything you may need or want to do and his recommendations for restaurants were perfect. The property itself is even better than the pictures. All five of us were comfortable with our bedrooms and bathrooms. I normally have trouble sleeping while traveling but I slept well all week. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even when the coffee pot wasn't working, Tonci had a new one to us that day. The outdoor patios and pool were comfortable, nice, roomy and used whenever we were at the house. The property was a little difficult to find the first time due to our spotty GPS directions. But it has amazing views and was wonderfully quiet to just sit on the patios and enjoy Croatia. Markeska is a wonderful beach town with many, many good restaurants and bars. It was our favorite town for quality and variety of in town choices. We also used it as a great base for day trips to Hvar, Brac and even a long day to Plitvice National park. The local beaches were good swimming and lounging and friendly people everywhere. Overall it was everyone's favorite property we stayed at during our trip to Croatia. I know that when I am back in Croatia I will make time for another stay at Tonci's property.

What a beautiful View

Beautiful house with a stunning view. All you need like whirlpool, modern equipment, more bathrooms than you can count, infinity pool, table tennis, gym, … An the best about this house is the owner, who is a cool guy, helpful whenever you need something. The area is also very nice. Supermarket nearby. Awesome!

Villa avec vue et propreté exceptionnelle

Superbe villa avec vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le Biokovo, d’une propreté exceptionnelle et très bien maintenue. Tonci, notre hôte, était très disponible, flexible et toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes. À notre arrivée, bien que son fils était malade et à l’hôpital, il est venu nous accueillir avant l’heure prévue de prise de possession. Cette villa a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut et elle est très près du centre de Makarska, à 2 min. de l’épicerie et 5 min. de la plage. Nous avons adoré l’endroit pour sa quiétude, sa sécurité et sa localisation à l’intérieur de la Croatie. Nous espérons vraiment revenir. Merci Tonci

Absolut schönes Haus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick.

Wir (2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) waren im Juli 2017 für 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus und waren absolut begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und den unglaublichen Ausblick genossen. Dieser ist wirklich wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Der Pool ist beheizbar und wurde täglich von allen genutzt. Der Vermieter Tonći ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und bei allen Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugziele bekommen. Die beiden Männer haben sich für die 2 Wochen Mountainbikes ausgeliehen. Dies hat alles der Vermieter organisiert und koordiniert. Der Urlaub war ein Traum und das Haus sowie der tolle Vermieter sind auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Leider hatten wir nur knapp eine Woche in der Villa View, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht. Von morgens bis abends haben wir uns an dem wunderbaren Blick auf das das weite Meer und die Inseln Hvar und Brac erfreut, das steile Biokovo Gebirge im Rücken. Das ist wirklich "stunning". Auch sonst erfüllte das Haus alle Erwartungen. Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet mit bester Ausstattung. Einfach 5 Sterne. Nicht zuletzt auch wegen der sehr freundlichen, engagierten und sehr angenehmen Begrüßung und Betreuung durch Tonci. Grüße auch an Antonia! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder mit ein bisschen mehr Zeit das nächste Mal. Beate und Michael Unfortunately, we had only a few days to stay in villa view, which could`nt have a better name! We were enjoying its great view on the sea and the islands Hvar and Brac vis-à-vis, the amazing mountains of Biokovo behind us, from the early morning till night. This view is indeed "stunning" . Traumurlaub!!

Traumhafte Villa mit unglaublichem Ausblick auf die Stadt Makarska und dem dahinter liegendem Meer. Das Haus selbst ist erst 2014 gebaut worden und daher relativ neu und sehr modern, auch die Bilder im Inserat stimmen absolut überein. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Vermieter, immer sehr freundlich und fast jederzeit erreichbar. Ob Taxibestellungen, Tagesausflüge oder freier Eintritt in der Disko - Kein Problem. Es empfiehlt sich die Anreise mit dem Auto bzw. sollte man sich eines mieten, der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß doch etwas weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind allerdings in der Nähe. Die Villa ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen, Negativpunkte gab es bei uns keine!

Highly recommended!!!!!

First of all, you don't have to be scared, that there is anything wrong on this house. The pictures provide a realistic representation. It is a new modern styled, very clean house. The equipment inside is only high class. The kitchen got all the domestic appliances you need. All bedrooms got their own bathrooms wich offer you a lot of space. From the balkony and the infinity Pool you got a breathtaking view. There is no house in front of you for maybe the next 200m. So nothing could disturbe your view. A particular note is the owner of the house. He is very friendly and helps you in every case at any time. Makarska itself is a beautiful place for any age. We were a young group of 9 people. The trustfully owner knows a lot of people in the area and arranged us free entrance at the discos and called us a taxi at any time to the center and back. We had a great week and we definetly come back next year!

“Helt fantastiskt!”

Tänkte passa på att dela med mig en av de bästa semestrarna jag haft! Att spendera en vecka i Villa View med min fru och två barn var en av de bästa besluten vi kunde ha tagit. Vi blev väl handomtagna av vår värd som plockade upp oss på flygplatsen i Split och även lämnade av oss när vi skulle åka. Han såg även till att varenda önskemål uppfylldes - från catering till olika utflykter (Dubrovnik, Ön Hvar). Vi hade en fantastisk utsikt över staden Makarska och under dagarna kunde vi njuta vid polen medans barnen badade lekfullt och på kvällen kunde vi grilla samt ta det lungt om vi inte bestämde oss för att gå en runda på stan. Det bästa var att vi kunde välja mellan att ha en fridfull semester i villan för oss själva eller att ta en del av den livliga staden när vi kände för det. Vi njöt verkligen och jag rekommenderar alla som vill verkligen vila ut och få kvalitetstid med sin familj eller vänner att bo i Villa View under sin semester i Kroatien. Tack! ( Tripadvisor)

“breathtaking view”

We visited this wonderful house in Makarska in September with four couples. The weather was great at that time of the year. Built in 2014, the house is in very good condition (as new), well equipped and offers a contemporary feel. The pictures on the website provide a realistic representation. The view is breathtaking especially from the terrace, which has an infinity pool and relaxing sun-beds. Inside, the bedrooms were spacious, all en-suite and with very good beds. Mr T. Srzic, the owner, was super friendly and always willing to help out, for example with good tips for restaurants and trips in the area. He was available 24/7 in case of emergencies. The nice Makarska boulevard is 5 minutes by car and a good supermarket is close by at 2 minutes’ drive. A car is necessary. Our stay was wonderful – and we can highly recommend this place.

“Outstanding high specification property with pano

A new and contemporary property with very high specifications and wonderful views. Very spacious and all bedrooms ensuite. Very comfortable. The spacious terrace and infinity pool are very attractive and we spent much of our time there admiring the panoramic views and dining al fresco. The owners are especially helpful and friendly which was a real benefit. Highly recommended.

“Entspannung”

Die Villa war wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich das Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche, was perfekt ist, da es ein Traum ist auf der Terrasse zu essen mit Blick auf den Infinity-Pool, das Meer und die Berge im Rücken. Im ersten OG befinden sich 4 moderne und geräumige Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Ob nun ein Hochstuhl für meinen Sohn gebraucht wurde oder abends das Taxi gerufen werden musste, es wurde immer alles sofort erledigt. Ich kann die Villa nur empfehlen.

“No words to describe this beauty”

recently stayed here with my boyfriend and this was honestly one of the best vacations/accommodations we've had. The Villa is located up on a hill above Makarska (3 minute ride to the beach/center) and the view from up there is simply stunning (plus, it's always a few degrees cooler up there). There's a large terrace with deck chairs, a dining table and an overflowing pool that makes you feel like you're connected to the sea. The interior is just as beautiful, spacious, modernly designed and furbished- perfect for those looking to fully relax and forget about the stress of everyday life. We loved everything about it; especially the hosts!
