Discover the comfort and charm of the “ENEZ HIR” apartment, nestled in the wooden house “Les Gîtes de Roscaroc”. This recent residence, steeped in character, has been carefully arranged into three separate apartments, offering its residents privacy and tranquility, while being located 300m from the beach.

Located on the ground floor of the house, “ENEZ HIR” is a spacious T4 apartment designed for your comfort and well-being.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the warm atmosphere that reigns in this large living room. The open kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to prepare delicious meals while staying in touch with your loved ones in the adjacent living room.

The three spacious bedrooms provide comfortable resting space for all guests. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for kids or friends.

The large bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an Italian shower and a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience to all Travelers.


Outside, enjoy outdoor living on the large wooden deck, where you can relax and enjoy outdoor dining in total privacy. The small garden also offers a green space where children can play safely.

A laundry room common to the 3 apartments is located in the common area. It includes a washing machine and a dryer.

Are you a bigger band? In addition, rent one or two one-bedroom apartments upstairs, the accommodation can thus correspond to 10 or even 14 people!

Located only 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Treompan, “ENEZ HIR” offers easy access to the pleasures of the sea. Lovers of swimming, beach walks and water sports will be delighted by this proximity. For hikers, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail crosses the dune, so it is also located less than 300m from the accommodation.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadut, or the Marine Museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
