Die Unterkunft würde ich grundsätzlich mit 3 von 5 Sternen bewerten: Sie war sauber und in ordentlichem Zustand. Allerdings roch der Hausflur stark nach kaltem Rauch, es war nur sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden (unter anderem lediglich ein Suppenteller), und es gab lediglich zwei kleine Handtücher.Deutlich gravierender jedoch war das Verhalten der Vermieterin: Mehrfach betrat sie die Wohnung unangekündigt und ohne meine Zustimmung.Zunächst fiel mir auf, dass die Wohnungstür zweimal abgeschlossen war, obwohl ich grundsätzlich nur einmal abschließe. Beim zweiten Mal fand ich zudem in meiner Abwesenheit ein neues Handtuch (am letzten Tag, ohne vorherige Absprache), ein Sitzkissen und eine neue Mülltüte in der Wohnung vor. Dies lässt den Schluss zu, dass die Vermieterin während meiner Abwesenheit die Wohnung betreten und sich in allen Räumen aufgehalten hat. Dies stellt aus meiner Sicht eine klare Verletzung der Privatsphäre sowie einen Verstoß gegen geltendes Recht dar.Am letzten vollen Tag meines Aufenthalts saß ich auf dem Balkon, als es plötzlich von innen an meiner Balkontür klopfte: Die Vermieterin hatte die Wohnung erneut ohne Vorankündigung betreten, um mit mir Abrechnung und Abreise zu besprechen. Meine Telefonnummer war ihr bekannt, und da der Balkon von unten gut einsehbar ist, hätte ein einfaches Rufen völlig ausgereicht.Es lag zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine Gefahrensituation vor, die ein Betreten der Wohnung gerechtfertigt hätte.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus und Gebäude ist nicht neu oder neu renoviert. Die Zimmer für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und sauber. Notwendige Auskünfte erteilte die sehr nette Vermieterin sofort. In der Unterkunft wäre ein Hinweisblatt zu WLAN und zur Müllentsorgung hilfreich.
