Discover tranquility and relaxation in this 2 bed/2 bath hidden gem, located on the northern tip of the island, along the serene shores of Port Royal Sound. This beautiful resort is surrounded by large, moss-draped palmetto trees, tucked away from the crowds but only a short drive or bike ride to the heart of the island. Conveniently situated a mere 2 miles from Hilton Head Airport, your journey to serenity begins the moment you arrive. Welcome to your sanctuary at The Spa at Port Royal Sound!

Beautifully updated third story villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. Corner unit with private balcony overlooking the resort's meticulously manicured southern charm gardens and tennis. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this gated community, where 24/7 security ensures peace of mind throughout your stay.

***Please note that this condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators***

Step inside to discover the seamless beachy charm and comfort with an open-concept kitchen and living area beckon you to create cherished moments with loved ones. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite with stand-up shower. The second bedroom offers versatile accommodations with twin bunk beds and a cozy double bed, ensuring comfort for all guests. The second bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway and has a stand-up shower.

Outside your doorstep, a realm of unparalleled relaxation awaits. The resort has two outdoor seasonal pools (The outdoor pools are open April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026. The hours of operation are 8AM - Dusk to comply with DHEC regulations.) and an indoor pool for year-round swimming as well as an indoor hot-tub and sauna. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging in beachside hammocks and swings while listening to the sounds of the sea. The resort also has a state-of-the-art gym, tennis, and basketball courts, cornhole, and shuffleboard. We provide a basketball and tennis rackets for guests to use.

Just a 5-minute stroll away, discover the private Port Royal Sound beach, where serene sunsets and dolphin sightings await. While this is only a wading beach, it is great for exploration, whether hunting for seashells and sharks’ teeth, or simply basking in the coastal splendor.

For those craving the traditional beach experience, Driessen and Folly Field Beach Parks are just a quick 8-minute drive away, offering pristine shores perfect for swimming and sunbathing. To enhance your beachside experience, we provide a beach cart, beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and a cooler.

Additionally, Hilton Head's extensive network of bike trails span more than 60 miles and allow you to visit every part of the island by bicycle from our villa.

Please note: Parking passes are an additional fee. You will pay for your parking pass at the gate at the resort entrance. All major credit cards are accepted and each car pass is $25.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There was such attention to detail with supplies for pretty much every foreseeable need. We chose the location because we wanted to experience a quiet, slow pace with the wonders of nature, and that is exactly what we got. The tidal pools were a massive hit with our family. We had the best time catching and releasing a variety of creatures. Even with a decent amount of people on the beach, it didn’t feel crowded like on the mainstream beaches. We enjoyed counting cats (from the adjoining cat sanctuary) on our walks to and from the beach. Communication with the hosts was quick and helpful. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautifully appointed property with all the amenities. The only choice to be made was to take an easy walk to the beach or lounge at one of the three pools. A mile from HHI airport and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Host very easy to reach and communicative. The property was equipped with all the creature comforts and some thoughtful extras…beach towels, chairs, sand toys and a beach wagon to haul it all. In-unit laundry was an added bonus. Unit was spotless, well cared for and an absolute joy to spend time in.

Everything was just top notch. We loved the place and the area. Place was clean and comfortable. The sound is great for walking and exploring. We drove to folly field beach dor beach time. We loved how they had beach chairs and a beach cart available for us. They were a big help. Would stay again, in fact planning next year now.

Even though the condo wasn’t on a beach it was on a natural sand area of the River. I saw more wildlife here than I would have ever seen on a beach that would have had many more people. It was peaceful & tranquil!!!

Location was amazing. Easy walking to beach, paths, and historical sites. Closeness to the airport does come with occasional flights and associated noise throughout the day. In our experience flights ended by 9:30 pm.

Over all it was Quiet and easy access to the beach, just a short walk. Also short drive to local activities restaurants and miniature golf. I would recommend this property for families.

The condo was overall great. We had a stress free vacation. Our kids enjoyed the small water areas to play in on the beach, looking for crabs and seashells. We saw a stingray, crabs, turtles, birds and more. We loved that when they needed a break from the sun we could go to the indoor pool or shaded outdoor pool. Tired of sand? We made our way to the outdoor pools! The kids enjoyed their time and there was plenty for them to do. We loved being able to eat in the condo to save money. The condo area is incredibly quiet and was not busy at all. It was perfect for our 11 and 7 year olds. Property manager was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. Very private condo a short walk past the tennis courts and pool areas to a cute little beach with lots of nature. 2 pools with lots of vacationing families there. Short drive to main beaches, restaurants and shops.

Short but sweet trip

We had a few days to spend at the beach and chose this beach vibe condo. We enjoyed beach combing and both pools. The condo was very well kept and we loved playing the Hilton Headopoly game. We had a great time.

Spring break visit

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was complete with everything we needed for a great week. Perhaps a new set of knives would be helpful. We have family in Bluffton so this was an ideal location to get to them and to enjoy all that the island offers.

The Sound - Port Royal

We enjoyed staying here , beautiful condo . Enjoyed all the cats , just seeing them , didnt try to pet , just talked to them . The beach area is natural and beautiful. Area is quit except the Airport, but we love planes so didnt mind it at all .

Peaceful condo and beach

The condo was clean, updated and well supplied with everything. The beds and linens were very comfy. The condo complex is directly on the beach and more of an area where the locals go. The beach was not crowded and very natural and beautiful. Lots of shells and turtles!

The place was really nice, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The host was great and communicated well and quickly. We arrived early and the host was gracious enough to let us check in a couple hours early (only because no one stayed there the night before). Overall this is a great condo with a great quiet location away from the craziness of the south end of the island. The 3 pools, the beach and ocean all conveniently located in the resort. We would definitely stay here again.
