By car: Maison Bois l'Evêque is a minute's drive from the motorway exit. The House is 10 minutes by car from the University of Sart-Tilman (Ulg).You can also go by bus to the University by taking it on Boulevard d'Avroy or in front of Guillemins station. These two bus stops are 5-10 minutes walk from the House.
By train: The 3 main stations in Liège are Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert (the main one is Guillemins and is a 10-minute walk from the House).
By bus: the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop is served by a large number of lines
Energy
The rent includes a flat rate of charges. The meters will be read at check-in and check-out and the difference will be retained from the deposit.

Gas consumption of €4/night and €1.67/night is included in the rent mentioned.
If your consumption exceeds the package mentioned above, an adjustment will be applied.

Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
