Located on the ground floor of a small peaceful residence, this apartment offers a comfortable living room with a Rapido-type convertible sofa and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen and living room open onto a large, south-facing green terrace, equipped with a table and umbrella to enjoy pleasant outdoor moments with family or friends. The bedroom, located on the north side, features a double bed (140 x 200) with a comfortable mattress and provides access to a small courtyard with a clothesline. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, storage space, and a hairdryer. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has internet access. The windows of the apartment are equipped with mosquito nets. A parasol is provided for beach days, and there is space to store bicycles for seaside rides. The residence is accessible from two streets (Avenue de Verdun or Avenue de la Palmeraie). Upon arrival, you will find household linen (sheets, bath towels, bath mat, and kitchen towel), toilet paper, shower gel sachets, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, all-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
