'DADO' apartment with sea view, 2 minutes walk to the bath book !!!

Our house is only about 80 meters from the sea.
It is in a quiet location about a 10 minute walk outside the city.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms: 1 room with studio kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi, 1 bath and 1 shower room, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Sleeps up to 4 people. There is a parking space in front of the house.
A beautiful sun terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and a sundial that is exactly at the 45th parallel! Good for SENIORS - few steps to the apartment !!!!!
With a stay of more than 20 days, we give you an additional day of vacation and a nice boat trip.
The landlord will be happy to organize day trips to nearby islands or short trips with his own boat.
