Away from the house, it is composed of a 5mx10m swimming pool secured and surrounded by 115m² of beaches and 8 deckchairs/sunbeds.

Indoor space (about 280m²):
A large living room with its dining room (10 people) which open directly onto a terrace and the garden.

Separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the shaded terrace.
(Sink, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, Dolce Juste coffee maker...)

Large mezzanine as a games and audio-visual area (flat screen)

Deposit applicable and eligible on arrival: €2,000 returned at departure if no damage.
Final cleaning required: €300.
Arrival & departure: Saturday.
