About this property
La Marigyptienne - Au calme à 15min de la plage
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 60 m² house in Sainte-Marie-au-Bosc to rent for up to 4 people. It has a lovely living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1000 m². Wifi and bed linen included, towels optional. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room (south-west facing) with sofa, TV and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 1000 m² fully enclosed garden + 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-au-Bosc, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- D'Etretat is famous for its majestic cliffs. By staying in this house, you can discover the town and its surroundings through a variety of activities.
- Sights: Honfleur, Côte Fleurie (Cabourg, Deauville...), Le Havre
- Cultural visits: Rouen and its monuments
- Visit Claude Monet's gardens and house in Giverny, the Benedictine Palace in Fécamp, the Apple and Cider Museum in Bretteville du Grand Caux.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the house's private parking lot (two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Le Havre train station 36 minutes away (approx. 25 km)
- Le Havre airport 20 minutes away (approx. 19 km)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towel extra (rental and payment to be made with our local partner)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €30/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- Pets are not allowed upstairs, so please keep them on the first floor.
