This charming location, accommodation, and the owner were absolutely incredible! It added so much to our stay in Paris. It was clean, quaint, authentic charming, and the owners were so pleasant and responsive. If we come back to Paris, there would be no other location we would stay at but here!!

Fantastic neighbourhood with everything you need very closeby. Patrick was an excellent host and the apartment was as described in the listing. We loved how we could see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen and observe the street below. But when the windows were shut it was nice and quiet. Very close to two Metro stations too. If we are lucky enough to return to Paris we would stay here again.

Great Stay in an amazing neighborhood

We could not have been happier with our stay, from the accommodations that were perfect for my wife and our two daughters, to the neighborhood it was located. Super cute apartment!

We loved our stay here, our host Martin was very helpful and accommodating for our travel needs and timing. The apartment had many places to sleep, and was in a cute courtyard off of the street. You can even see the Eiffel Tower through the kitchen window! It’s also located very conveniently near a Metro station and lots of food, drinks, and shops. We loved our stay.

Hidden gem in very nice neighbourhood

Frank welcomed us when we arrived. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants. The place is exactly as on the photos. Good value for money! I had to go to the doctor and Frank insisted on coming with me and he really helped me out! I cannot thank him enough for that.The appartment is a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations. And in the neighbourhood there is a lot of street art, which i really liked.

Charming apartment in a lovely area of Paris - a real hidden gem!

Apartment was perfect for our family with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds/futons. Really charming apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Magical to see it sparkle each evening. Grand appartement, super bien situé dans un quartier charmant. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité, restos, épiceries, boulangeries, marché, métros, à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Le logement était vraiment top : très beau, bien placé, agréable. On s’y est sentis très bien et l’appartement correspondait aux photos.Il y a cependant eu quelques petites complications durant le séjour. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être parfois observés par la fenêtre, notamment à un moment où nous étions en train de nous changer!Malgré cela, le logement en lui-même reste de très bonne qualité et l’emplacement est idéal.

Le logement étant équipé de rideaux et stores à toutes les fenêtres, afin de pouvoir s’isoler des voisins, votre remarque est très surprenante. Quand aux petites complications pendant le séjour que vous évoquez, vous voulez tres certainement parler du fait que vous étiez 6 personnes dans un appartement loué pour 4 personnes maximum.
