Overall this was a great stay! Location was great, access to the beach was perfect. We found the condo a little dirty, garbage and in some disrepair, but it did not impact our stay at all. We would have liked to have been made aware that the tennis courts were unavailable.The beach service guys were great too.

The Condo was perfect for our stay. We loved having easy access to a beautiful beach and a pool. It is very close to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The Condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we were looking for.

The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. We felt very safe with the gated access and getting to the beach couldn’t have been easier! Communication with Mike was easy and he was very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Great Condo to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at condo. It was clean and have all amenities as mentioned, just walkable to beach and all other attractions within 2 mile.

The best thing about this condominium is the easy access to a clean beach. The guys who run the beach set-up, Angelo and Anthony, are very helpful and have the umbrella and chairs ready for you in the morning. You leave your towels and can come and go thereafter, so you're not carting loads back and forth. It was a great way to tan, doing it in spots to avoid getting burnt. There is plenty of parking. I used the gym, which is adequate. The condo itself can definitely use some upgrades, but it was clean, had a terrace with view of ocean, and the beach is about 150 feet away. What I really appreciate most about the condominium is the in-unit washer and dryer. We had fresh clothes and towels daily as a result. Although I live in Manhattan, NY, I lived in Florida for 17 years prior, but always in Naples or Miami. I think the beaches here are lovely. We found plenty of restaurants in the area. A great breakfast-lunch spot is the Donut Hole- crab with eggs Benedict was excellent. Upscale dining can be found at Commelfo (from the French "Comme il faut", I presume) and Bòsforo, both good but pricey. We also ate at Bonefish, reasonably priced but a chain. Within a short drive, there is a Publix, a Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Target for all the other things you may require. Politically, however, the area is very conservative. We are an older, discrete gay couple who decided to venture out of our comfort zone. The crowd is perfect for straight conservatives or families, less for us.

We had an Amazing vacation! The condo was Huge, with plenty of room to move around. It is decorated so cute! With bright colors. It does need some rugs. The sand is a bit much. But overall I t was great! A short walk to the beach but a long walk to the pool….

Great location and facility. Great beach access and the included daily umbrella and chairs amenity was a plus. We'd stay there again. Negatives would be the bed linens could use replacing - some stains. There was an exposed outlet box in the kitchen with no cover plate and living room TV control instructions for the (3) remotes would have been handy. Overall a good experience, though.

Loved it!

Myself and my daughters absolutely loved this condo. It was right on the beach which made it more enjoyable. It was very clean and spacious. The host was very helpful when I had a question and got back to me almost immediately. I would 100% recommend this condo to everyone, specially if you are traveling with family. I look forward and cannot wait to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable beds

Nice Condo with easy access to the beach, clean and comfortable beds heated pool, nice kitchen with everything you need... Perfect for families! There was a lot of construction going on in the building, it was lacking in bathroom essentials bottles were almost empty, property required to put towels in the washer when checking out but no laundry detergent was provided. The security booth staff was very nice.

Relaxing 7 days at the beach for a family of 6!

We loved the location of this condo. It was perfect for our family of 6. We have 4 kids ages 6, 14, 17, & 22, and there was plenty to do in the area for all of us. The beach service every day was icing on the cake! There is construction happening, but it did not bother us at all. The beach and water were beautiful, and the area felt very safe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping working 1/2 mile radius. The staff we encountered were super friendly. The condo was better than the pictures showed. We loved our stay and hope to revisit.

Quick getaway

The Condo Rental was Wonderful and working with the Property manager was super easy. Location to beach was great, however all the construction is more than we were expecting but it did not really bother us it’s just very disorganized. We used the stairs most of the time because only 1 elevator was working and the workers were always using it.

Not the worst I’ve stayed in but not the best either..

We enjoyed our time in Destin. However there were a few things that could be updated… the screen door was hanging on by one hinge, broken bathroom tile, the trim around the place could definitely use a touch up… nothing too major. The worst part I would have to say was the cockroaches that were the size of the palm of my hand that kept popping up in the bathroom… the construction was also more than expected. There were workers there working at 9 pm.. may consider staying again after everything is fixed and construction is over.

Celebrating sons 8th birthday

We were very pleased with how easy the check in process was and the home owner communicated quickly with us when we had questions regarding anything. The condo we stayed in was up to date and nice. The access to the beach was extremely convenient. The only con about our stay was the fact that this property was going through renovations. I was not aware of this before I booked. Thankfully this condo was completed but it was not eye appealing seeing all the construction going on and having to go around barricades to get to our room from the beach. The renovations should be disclosed before booking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Not that great

No starter toilet paper, had to unpack before we could even use the restroom since no toilet paper at all was provided. There were no blankets in the entire condo. The door code system would not work upon arrival and we had to wait outside then use and keep up with one key to enter and exit the room. Needs new mattresses. Not impressed And would not stay here again.
