Why they chose this property

We researched the Sarasota area for quite some time and found the neighborhood of ALTA VISTA to be a perfect combination of value and convenience. 2651 Wood Street is located in close proximity to everything that Sarasota has to offer. Active people can really go without a car at this location, walking to downtown (1.5 miles) or Payne Park (1 miles) while utilizing Uber for runs to the local supermarket (Publix 0.8 miles) or late nights downtown or in Siesta Key's Nightlife (6 miles). Airport proximity is also convenient - you can still enjoy a full day prior to departing with a quick 6 mile ride north (only 15 Minutes away!)

What makes this property unique

Convenient amenities in include 6 Beach towels, 6 Beach Chairs and Umbrella available for your use. Tide Pods to handle your wash and complementary soap, shampoo and conditioner for your use in case you didn't bring your own!
