Welcome to our newly furnished home. When you walk up to it, it looks like a cozy cottage too. The inside is fresh new and modern.
This home has many pretty Oak trees surrounding it.

It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bath

What's nice is it can sleep up to 5 people because there's also a new foldable couch in the living room.

The kitchen its fully equipped for your cooking.

This home sits on a 0.5 acre of land in a prime location with the fence for your doggie

The property is walking distance (1minute) from Walt's Fish Market.
They are well-known and the best in town for mouthwatering delicious seafood! They also have an outside bar area.


You are less than 10 minutes drive from the world famous breathtaking Siesta Key Beaches. It's been rated #1 in the United States many times!

Perfect location for us, clean and comfortable with a huge yard. The keypad battery died on the Sunday before Christmas and the host responded immediately, replacing it within an hour. Excellent location and host, would stay again

This property had everything we needed and more. It was extremely neat and clean, very comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication with the host was easy. It’s located on a very quiet street but close to everything one could need.We will certainly return on our next visit to Sarasota.

House was comfortable, very clean, and perfectly located. It’s on a quiet street, in a cute/safe neighborhood, off a main road - making it easy for enjoying a variety of things to do in the Sarasota and surrounding areas. Communication with the host was easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy house on Siesta Key

This house is so cozy as it states! Very clean and updated decor! Rooms have all been remodeled. The host was very easy to communicate with & responds quickly.Very close to Siesta Key beach. Delicious fish restaurant and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Will go back again if we are in the area.

Quaint cottage in South Sarasota

Very clean and newly decorated home. Easy access to Siesta Key Beach. Short walk to very popular seafood restaurant called Walt’s. Beds were very comfortable. Owner of property very responsive.

Affordable nice Bungalow

This was a last minute VRBO find during peak peak season in Sarasota near the the beach islands and resorts. Couldn’t have been more relieved when we arrived after a 26 hour drive thru heavy traffic, to find a clean, well kept bungalow that had clearly been remodeled and repaired. The place was literally half block away from a very popular seafood restaurant, and not far from the bridges to access the beach islands. (Though in fairness getting to the beaches took awhile simply because of very heavy traffic during peak season.) Two nice bedrooms, nice single bath which we made work for a family of 4. Great shower! Small kitchen but we made good use of it. Good size pantry. Only complaints were the refrigerator was kind of small, not much room for groceries. Also, the very nice living room with big TV needed more seating. Overall we could not have been happier with our last minute find. Affordable in a fairly good location.

Best shower! Pet friendly!

Andy's place was a mix of cabin and house. Super cute, large rooms and functional. The shower was my favorite part! Natural sun light and the shower pressure was perfect! 👍 The location, cleanliness, huge yard... everything was amazing! We ran out of propane for the BBQ and he had a new tank delivered by morning! Would definitely recommend!

Great Sarasota stay close to Siesta Key!

It was an absolutely great place to stay! Had all the essentials I could ask for. It also had a very spacious backyard. It is located near grocery stores for ease of buying food. It is also an easy drive to Siesta Beach! Drive to the beach ranges 10min to 20
pending beach traffic getting on the Key, but always a quick drive home. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this booking!!!

Very clean a cozy place.

Very nice layout and cozy place to relax. This property is very well maintained. Interior design and taste will make you feel relaxed and warm. You really feel like you are close to the ocean. The host is very polite and easy to work with. I'm definitely coming back.
