Drop off your suitcases for a few days or more, with friends or family and enjoy its pretty swimming pool as well as the many beautiful beaches for which our island is famous.

* The residence.

- Small residence of co-owners with caretaker.
- You have a parking space and the residence is secure (gate closed at night)
- Pretty secure swimming pool, suitable for children, unheated but with good exposure to the sun, open from April to October.
- A private parking space in front of the apartment.

* Accommodation (garden level - 55 m2, equipped with WIFI)

- The living room: large corner sofa, large screen TV, reversible air conditioning.
- The well-equipped kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 (equipped with a 140 cm / 190 cm bed, reversible air conditioning, window equipped with a mosquito net, cupboard with plenty of storage space)

* Formalities:

- Overall package for sheets and towels: 25 euros regardless of the number of tenants and the length of stay.
- Cleaning: choice of return of accommodation in the condition of your arrival or cleaning fee of €60 to be paid on site on the day of arrival.
- I will be present at your arrival, even very late, and at your departure, even very early in the morning,
- From July 4 to August 24, reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday
