Perfect location for my daughter’s wedding between her home and venue and rehearsal. Kitchen was perfect and had a lot of amenities. The microwave didn’t work and the basement probably could use some fixing up but overall for what we were there for was perfect and I would stay there again with my family and their spouses.

Place was nice to accommodate our family and was close to the wedding venue that we had attended. The owner did respond to us with questions and assisted on getting the A/C up and running (lucky enough my son and husband are very handy people as i don’t think the average person could do it). The house was 85 when we first walked in and a little smelly but once we open things up and got the A/C running the smell went away. My son also got locked in basement bathroom, owner brought a new door handle over the following day and son changed it so it is now fixed. In reviews this was a reported issue so not sure why it wasn’t fixed. Everything was well stocked but could not find dish towels to wipe dishes with. Some thought the beds were too hard. There a few other maintenance things that need attention but more curve appeal than anything. Overall for the price of it, it has value to stay there as it worked for our large group to stay and was close to a lot of things in Littleton.

Pros:House was very spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood, close to stores and food. Great outside area in the backyard for gatherings. Great communication between the owner when small issues arose (Internet connectivity issues or tv remotes not working)Cons: The house could use some updating, such as a brighter color scheme throughout, better lighting in all rooms. Better design and/or more furniture in the basement to make it not feel so empty and univiting. More towel(face/washcloths)availability, if all of our guest actually came there would not have been enough towels. We had to wash/dry them each night and re-use.

Multiple places to hangout if folks need some space or plenty of space in the open kitchen/dining/living-room area if everyone wants to be together. Quiet neighborhood with trails nearby. Close to 470 so very accessible to many activities.

The house was big and convenient for our family to attend our brother's wedding at the Ken Caryl Vista. The downstairs rooms are massive, plenty of room for baby pack n plays or air mattresses.

Family getaway

We were very pleased overall with the home: cleanliness, location, amenities. The only disappointment was the landscaping crew working with their loud equiptment at 8 am, was hard to relax with my coffee and woke the kids up. Would recommend scheduling that when the house is not occupied.

House is only 15-20 minutes from Red Rocks so it worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space and overall a comfortable and “homey” vibe!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and set up great gave us plenty of room to space out with multiple sitting rooms. The area was perfect none of us had any concerns we could walk the subdivision and feel safe. This house was in middle of everything we had to do.

Value for dollar, but temper your expectations

Roomy. Great location for our purposes. Nice neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews, this property would benefit from attention to maintenance (both indoor and outdoor.) Be particularly careful of certain floor vent covers (LR and DR) which are not secure and the spikey weeds in the yard.

70’s rambler near Red Rocks

Great location to Red Rocks. Ample space. Backyard is rocks that you can’t walk on. House is getting run down. Cracked ceilings, floors and broken vents. Nice manager and clean enough. Flash back to the 70’s
