Das Ferienhaus ist toll eingerichtet, hell, ruhig, großzügig und größtenteils sehr sauber (punktuell haben wir nochmal etwas nachgeputzt, aber das ist individuelles Empfinden).Das Ferienhaus ist so geschnitten, dass der Eindruck von 2 Häusern entsteht, die durch einen Küchen-/Wohnbereich verbunden sind. Dadurch können z. B. Kinder und "frühe Vögel" auf der einen Seite schlafen (10 Betten), Langschläfer ungestört auf der anderen (6 Betten). Der Dachboden ist ein gemütliches Rückzugsrefugium, auch wenn sich Lauf- und Schiebegeräusche ziemlich stark auf die darunter liegenden Zimmer übertragen - das sollte bei der Zimmerverteilung beachtet werden. Der Hausmeister war immer erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ist die Waschmaschine kaputt gegangen. Der Techniker kam direkt und die Waschmaschine wurde schon am nächsten Tag gegen eine ganz neue getauscht.Der eingezäunte Außenbereich bietet viel Platz und Möglichkeiten.Zum (Stein-)Strand sind es nur knapp 750 Meter. Wir empfehlen Badeschuhe. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 12 Autominuten entfernt; viele Sightseeing-Möglichkeiten gibt es aber nicht in der Nähe..es ist eher ein Entspannungshaus. :) Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
