Ideally located for exploring on foot the ramparts, the narrow streets and the market every Wednesday and Saturday morning... Not forgetting La Baule Piriac Mesquer Pornichet, which will also delight you. The Brière regional park will not be outdone in its charm. I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Very bright and sunny 52-square-meter apartment with a small terrace overlooking the ramparts. ideal for two adults and two children, it comprises a beautiful living room with sofa bed, wifi TV, fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster...., bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and bedroom to the rear, very quiet. All in a small, very quiet, two-storey condominium. Perfect for two adults and two children.
In period when heating is necessary a meter reading will be done at the entrance and exit of the premises. Thank you for your understanding.
