Exceptional family home, perfectly located for luxurious mountain life. This truly is an amazing house located in the heart of the mountain in the Christie Heights neighbourhood off Ski Hill Road leading up to the base of Peak 8 and 7. Perfectly located to access the main ski area or walk into town. It is adjacent to the Nordic Centre, perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, Snow Cat tours as well as Apres Ski. Great views of the top of the ski runs and surrounding mountain range. Within walking distance is the Breckenridge Gondola Shock Hill access which takes you directly up to the base of Peak 7 & 8 or down town, avoiding long lines at peak times up u. Alternatively there is a free 3 minute bus route both up the mountain to the base of Peak 7 & 8 or directly into town. Luxury at its finest, massive grand room, games area with pool table, outdoor hot tub, indoor jacuzzi bath, open fire places, gourmet kitchen with professional appliance’s including dual Ninja air fryer and bar area. Four spacious bedrooms all with 50in plus smart TV’s. Whether you are coming for winter fun or summer activities this house offers one of the best homes in Breckenridge. We have an early checkin at 14:00 to accommodate your schedule.

This home was perfect for our 2 families with kids. It was roomy enough to seat everyone together at the dinner table - which is a plus, & the kitchen was awesome. It more than met our expectations.

Amazing stay

We loved our time up in Breckenridge at this beautiful house. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, tons of space, wouldn’t have changed a thing! Highly recommend.

Beautiful big ski lodge 5 min from the Breckenridge shuttle

6 of us stayed for a long weekend and were very comfortable. Great AV system upstairs with pool table and nice fireplace and hot tub for apres ski. Easy access to the slopes. Would stay again

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This was the perfect place for our family ski vacation. Located near the base of peak 8 with easy bus pick up close by made our ski trip more pleasant. The house is very comfortable and well stocked with all our needs. We parked 3 vehicles easily. Will definitely consider a return visit. Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful home

House was gorgeous with a lot of room for a family of nine to spread out. Kitchen was wonderful! Appreciated the washer and dryer and kids had fun with upstairs pool table. Hot water went out at one point and host contact was very responsive. Recommend quick showers if a lot of people showering at once.

Great stay

Highly recommend - this property was a short walk to the base of peak 8 at Breck. Tall ceilings and lots of open space made for a great accomodation.

Amazing House and Location

This house was a wonderful place for me and my co-workers to meet, collaborate and enjoy our time here in Breckenridge. We had everything we needed and were able to focus on the items we needed to complete, yet also relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!

Great house for a family vacation

We stayed at the house during a summer family trip to Breckenridge. We had four adult children with us. This is a beautiful house with plenty of room and is very nicely furnished. It is close enough to town to walk but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. It is also close to a pretty nature trail. I would highly recommend it.

Breckenridge vaca

To start, Mark and his wife are so kind and prompt with their communication. Every question I had, was answered within hours and with much care. The house is beautiful and everything you imagine when you want a luxury stay in the mountains. It was well equipped , so beautifully decorated and very convenient to downtown Breck. I can be pretty particular about where I stay and have pretty high expectations. So I am really pleased to say, this house met all of those! Thank you Mark and Emma for a wonderful experience !!

Roomy, comfortable, convenient.

Our family spent the Christmas holidays here. Excellent home, so close to downtown Breck and to skiing that you can walk to both! Would stay here again.

Great house, great location, great host response!

House and kitchen was well stocked and very clean, pictures are accurate, master area is awesome as well as upstairs loft with pool table and great for movie watching! Neighborhood is a great location a couple of minutes to town but not right in the middle of it so that was nice. Host was quick communication and accommodating!

Very nice summer getaway!

The property was exactly as described! It was nice, clean, and located near the main village (within a short walk). The common rooms were a bit tight and the kitchen slightly small. However, we managed and truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Experience in a Fantastic House

Our stay at our Elk Ridge house was top-notch. Breckenridge is a massive resort but Elk Ridge is cleverly placed to allow both easy access to the slopes as well as the main town. Our property was very well appointed with modern furnishings in the kitchen / bathrooms and a very nice living room. The one feedback was that the mattresses on the pull out sofas were quite old and some of the pull outs were downright dangerous. Overall we were very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend the property to future travelers!

Lots of stairs

This is a townhome with four levels, so a lot of stairs. Kitchen, living room and dining area are on the entry level. Everything else is a climb or a descent. Master BR suite was spacious. Parking is a bit tight. Dining area also a bit cramped. Owner has lots of rules.

A nice place for a ski vacation

This a nice property conveniently located near town & walking distance to the slopes. Was a good layout for our girls weekend getaway with 5 bedrooms & baths. The family room is on the small size but the lifted ceiling makes it feel roomier and the dining room provides extra seating for convenient multi room conversations. We had a few minor issues during the stay, and the property manager was responsive to fix the problem (low battery smoke alarms). It’s in a complex of townhomes so parking is limited to the garage & driveway. A nice decor makes it an enjoyable place to stay with easy access to the Snowflake lift and sports rentals.

Amazing well located home stocked with all you need

We have been coming to Breckenridge for over 8 years for family vacations. This home has to be one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. It is well stocked and has almost everything you need. There is plenty of room ti relax and sit so you don’t feel on top of each other. They have a hot tub and washer and dryer that are so amazingly helpful. The house is well maintained and in great condition. The owner of the home was so responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quite and nice as well. Lastly the location is perfect. Easy drive to just about anything you need from Main Street to the grocery store to gas to all over the place. We will definitely be staying again. My family ranged in age from 16 to 76 and all loved it. Highly highly recommend.

Christmas Vacation

Our extended family just spent a week in Mark and Emma's place and we were plenty happy. With folks ranging from 10 to 75 years old we had enough space to spread out into individual rooms. The location was just fine, about a three minute walk down to the base of the Snowflake Lift (slow, but uncrowded). Best part was renting from Charter Sports right at the lift, which allowed us to leave skis and boots on-site and never have to walk back and forth in ski boots. As for the house, the unit was about the best appointed ski house we'd ever stayed in. Heated garage meant you could leave wet stuff out there instead of inside. Good bathrooms all around. The owners and their staff were very attentive when we needed them to be. Overall well worth the reasonable price and we'd stay there again

Feb 2014 family holiday

Chose this accomm after hours of perusing options. We hoped the townhome would suit 2 parents + 3 adult children (21, 21 and 24 years) . It was perfect for our needs..access to skiing at beaver run was paramount and it was so easy. The free bus was regular and took literally minutes to get to the lifts. The townhome was very clean, was stocked well in terms of utensils etc. and all the fittings and appliances were of a high standard. We had a little problem with the rubbish disposal, but I emailed owner and they organized it to be resolved immediately. Elk ridge was so lovely and comfortable to come home to at the end of a day of skiing...warm, plenty of space, great bathrooms and the hot tub very welcome! To the owners...Thankyou so much , as it was exactly what we wanted for a full week of fun and important time together as a family!!

Nice location - Nice place

The house is nice. It is a skinny 4 story. You enter into the main floor. One floor below are 2 bedrooms. Two floors below is another two bedrooms. And there is one bedroom above the main floor. The kitchen is well appointed with pots/pans/utensils, etc. Some things I did not like: carpet below the dining room and bar area. I generally would not be so freaked out about this except the owners/managers sent 3-4 emails before we arrived letting us know that we would be liable for any extra cleaning or extra time that would need to be spent as a result of our stay. We are not messy people but it made me feel like I was walking on eggshells and worried about every little thing. So when we saw the carpet we figured we were doomed. Also, the place is a 5 bedroom. There were only 4 towels left for us. Luckily we were stopping here after a camping trip and had some towels with us. Not only was that not enough towels for us to shower with but we had to take those towels to the pool and then immediately do the laundry so that we can then use those towels to shower. The soap in the soap dispensers throughout the house was watered down. That was just weird. Some of the showers had Pert Plus in them and others had nothing. Oh and parking. There is a small garage that our car could not fit into and then there is the spot in front of the garage. We had two cars so that was already challenging and then when a babysitter came, there was literally nowhere for her to park. We would just leave her car in the adjacent condo's spot and hope for the best. Luckily, it is summer and not all the condos were full. This is not this condo's fault but the way the HOA is set up for all of the condos in this development. There is a hotel across the street with lots of spots. I think the HOA should work a deal that would allow the HOA guests to pay for spots there. The only other choice is to drive your car to the parking lot in north Breck and catch the shuttle. That was not realistic for us to catch a 20 minute shuttle with 2 little kids just to get into our car. In summary, the place is fine but I feel like the owners/managers could really improve the experience of their guests with a couple small things that would not cost a lot.

We have been coming to Breckenridge for over 30 years and relocated to this house in 2008. To date it has never been rented, It is an exceptional property in a great location for both the mountain, skiing, walking, hiking but also walking distance or free bus service into town. We love Breckenridge but especially being at home in the house. It is a very social and family orientated space for all ages to enjoy, have fun but with is layout peace and relation at the same time.
