The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, crockery and washing machine.
Outside there is a solar heated freshwater pool, a large table with 6 chairs, umbrella and loungers. To ensure the water supply, we have our own water storage with 10,000 liters.
In the garage with electric gate drive you can store various things such as golf equipment.
The property is accessed by automatically opening gates and is staffed by a gatekeeper around the clock.
A 24-hour security service ensures a safe stay.
In a few minutes you reach with your car the well-known Vergelegen Medical Clinic equipped with an experienced medical team. Within walking distance you reach the newly built in 2015 Vergelegen Plein shopping center, with a Woolworth food market, a Checkers supermarket, incl. Bakery & butchery, coffee shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, various small shops, and ATMs. If required, we will gladly arrange for a German-speaking hairdresser who comes to your house privately.
The Mainroad with other shops and banks can be reached in five minutes.
With its central location, Somerset West is ideal for day trips to Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Hermanus, the Cederberg or the Karoo.
The wind from the Atlantic, called South Easter or "The Cape Doctor", provides in the summer months from December to March for a pleasantly warm, not too hot climate.
