The cozy 1-room apartment with south-west balcony is located on the first floor of a well-kept residential complex. It can accommodate up to 2 people. The living room offers a comfortable wall bed (180 x 200 cm), flat screen TV, WiFi, a stereo with CD, leather sofa with stool and armchair, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette in the entrance area has 2 electric hot plates, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, egg cooker, coffee machine and toaster. The shower room makes the apartment complete.

The balcony can be reached from the living room. Here garden furniture and parasol invite you to relax. There is a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), a bicycle cellar and a parking space available to guests.

Die FeWo hatte eine tolle Lage, fußläufig zur Promenade und zum Strand. Der Balkon hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können, die Wohnung aber in einem akkuraten Zustand. Das Bad neu, die Küche etwas älter und ohne Ofen… aber vollkommen ausreichend und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz war inbegriffen.Der HANSA-PARK, die Ostsee Therme, kleine Minigolfanlage, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut fußläufig und mit dem PKW erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief einwandfrei. Ein toller Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Wohnung in einer super guten Lage. Sehr sauber. Bad ist ganz neu und sehr schön. Küche dafür leider etwas alt. Gut ausgestattet wenn man mal zu Hause kochen möchte. Einziges Manko sehr sehr harte Matratzen!!

Kleine Wohnung - Ideale Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral (Strand, Restaurants im Zentrum). Lediglich zum Einkauf benötigt man ein Auto. Das Bad ist perfekt, der Wohnraum funktional und hell mit niedlicher Essnische. Alles sauber und ordentlich, lediglich die Küche lädt nicht so wirklich zum Kochen ein. Aber wozu gibt es Restaurants;)? Gerne wieder!

Feine, ruhige und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Die Bilder werden der Wohnung nicht ganz gerecht, es wurden neue Möbel in gleicher Qualität, mit weißer Oberfläche eingebaut. Dadurch wirkt die Wohnung etwas heller und freundlicher. Die Ledermöbel, in schwarz, sind geblieben (ein Sessel ist in rot dazu gekommen). Während unseres Auffenthaltes, war es sehr ruhig im Haus (obwohl über den Jahreswechsel war!). Die Matratzen im Schrankbett waren ebenfalls hochwertig, allerdings für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart - wer das so bevorzugt, ist hier richtig! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend, Geschirr/Gläser/Töpfe etc... alles OK. Die Lage ist sehr nah am "Kurpark"/Bayside Hotel/Strand. Der Fernseher ist aktuell nicht mehr in der Ecke, sondern dort, wo das Bild über dem Sofa ist. Aus dem Bett kann man sehr gut fernsehen, sonst ist es etwas weniger schön. Fazit: Schöne Wohnung, die wir uns merken werden!;-)
