Our apartment (84 square meters for up to 5 people) was redeveloped, 2014. It has one bedroom (3 beds), a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, large living room with dining area and a cozy sitting area (sofa bed for 2 persons) and a balcony.
The apartment is located in a quiet location in the district Weißig in northeastern Dresden (city outskirts). The Schönfelder Hochland and located near Dresden Heath invite you to beautiful nature experiences.
Both the city center of Dresden and the Saxon Switzerland can be reached in about half an hour by car or public transport. Shops and restaurants berfinden located in close proximity (within a few minutes on foot or by car).

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe sucht und gleichzeitig eine gute Anbindung zur Dresdener Innenstadt haben möchte ( auch per ÖPNV), ist mit der Unterkunft gut bedient.

Saubere gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist völlig ok. Liegt etwas abseits in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung mit enger Zufahrt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorort, was man braucht. Bis auf eine Pfanne, die haben wir nicht gefunden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Schade ist, das die Betten mal erneuert werden können. Die Madratzen sind so weich, das ich am ersten Tag nicht schlafen konnte und mit Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden bin. Die Kissen schon recht abgelegen, hier könnte man mal für Neues Inverstieren. Die Matratze auf dem Einzelbett, war dann besser. Schlafcouch völlig ausreichend und groß ausziehbar, Top. Es gab noch ein Klappbett das leider immer wieder hinten zusammen gebrochen ist. Also zum Schlafen eher ungeeignet war. Auch hier könnte mal in ein Neues inserviert werden. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng, Familien mit großen Autos hätten ein Problem unters Carpot zu kommen. Es wäre schön, wenn dies in der Beschreibung angegeben wäre, damit man sich darauf einstellen könnte. Wlan gab es, aber der Empfang war sperrlich. Fazit: eine schöne saubere Ferienwohnung, mit Charme und netten Vermietern, reicht völlig aus, mit Kleinigkeiten kann man leben.

Wunderschön in Dresden

Wir sind als 3 Generationen, Eltern, Tochter u. 12jährige Enkelin angereist. Unser Hauptziel waren die Dresdner Weihnachtsmärkte. Ein wenig außerhalb, aber in schöner Umgebung ist diese Unterkunft, in der wir uns "sauwohl" gefühlt haben. Mit dem Bus kamen wir gut Richtung Zentrum. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bereits überlegt haben, zu einer anderen Jahreszeit ein paar mehr Tage dort zuverbringen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist seeehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Fewo...

....am Stadtrand von Dresden. Wir waren zum 2ten Mal hier. Die Lage ist angenehm...ruhig und im Grünen. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Stadtmitte und kann das wunderschöne Dresden erkunden. Die Fewo ist gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sind freundlich und kommunikativ. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Ferien-Idylle

Wir haben unser Wochenende hier verbracht und es war einfach alles top: Schöne, ruhige Lage, saubere Wohnung mit getrenntem Zugang, Wlan, Balkon, riesiges Badezimmer. Unser Sohn konnte problemlos überall krabbeln und hatte eine Riesenfreude. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
