Ares is also located 3 km from Andernos les Bains, a town of more than 12,000 inhabitants and its dynamic center.
The house is located 500 m from the center of Ares. It is made of a wooden frame. Its surface area is 58 m2 ideal for 2 people. Wifi connection by fiber. The house is composed of a beautiful bedroom upstairs cozy with double bed 160 and dressing room as well as a TV. A toilet with washbasin is present upstairs.
You can relax in the open living room where there is a sofa and a flat screen TV. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, there is a kettle, a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave oven and all the utensils for cooking.
An independent bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink.
There is a private enclosed parking lot with electric gate to enter your vehicle safely. At the back of the house enjoy a beautiful duckboard terrace with a private swimming pool of 3m X 2m and 1.50m deep to relax from a day of walking on the Arcachon basin. A gas plancha is also available for grilling.

Parties and meetings are forbidden for the respect of the neighborhood.
Smoking is forbidden in the house.
Sheets must be brought by the tenant or can be rented for the sum of 30€ per bed to be paid on site.
Towels are not provided. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Pets are not allowed.
For cleaning it is intended to be done by you at the end of the stay, the house will be in impeccable condition on your arrival. A cleaning deposit of 100€ in cash will be requested on your arrival and restored on your departure if everything is OK.
