The cabin served well allowing me to explore the area....very quiet, clean & comfortable with several deer hanging out most of the time. Owner was readily available throughout the reservation process and during my stay.
Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable.

We had a great stay. Our cabin was wonderfully decorated, and historically interesting. Everything we needed was provided. It was quite there, safe, and a very short walk into town. We live in Montana and I think we'd stay here again. The town is cute, the reservoirs beautiful, and the mountain views are like eye candy. Thank you!

Perfect little authentic rustic cabin, with all the amenities, including a king size comfy bed. The "camping" part is the porta potty. It's super clean, enclosed in a great wood surround, just steps outside the door. Do not be put off by it. I'd return any time.
I rented this property for my daughter and her new hubby. This was very close to her wedding venue. This property is very cute, cozy and clean. It is also within walking distance to Main Street in Augusta, which is an added bonus. The owner of this property is very pleasant to work with. She also has other properties that we rented for other family members for the wedding. All of her properties are very well maintained, up to date, and offer cozy mountain living. I would highly recommend this property or any of her other properties.
Cabin was a gem. Communication for checking in was an 3hr delay. I was not able to get into cabin till 5:30pm, check in was at 4pm. Email to host was sent at 3pm asking for code. Had to call the third party to request access code due to no response. Also, property has no showers and has an out house, that was not in listing. Cabin is right in town, not in a woodland area
My overnight stay in the cabin exceeded my expectations! It is an authentic cabin and very comfortable, snug, and warm (it was wintery weather when I was there). Appliances are supplied to make preparing simple food/drinks, and a gas fireplace that is connected to a thermostat, which kept the place very comfortable. The only thing you have to be ready for is using an outdoor lav (porta potty), as there is no indoor plumbing. The lav is next to the cabin and was very clean with sunroof. The location is very convenient, quiet, and walking distance to a number of eateries and pubs, and general store.
Augusta is a charming little town - we discovered a Monday Bingo Night at the Lazy Bee! We walked everywhere in town, super convenient. The cabin was a perfect, cozy spot as a stopover on our way to Glacier. Well appointed and super comfortable - appreciated the free Netflix too. I’m horrified of portajohns but this was the cleanest one I’ve ever been in.
We love Augusta. Get over there as often as possible. We booked the small rustic cabin, and it somehow got double booked so the owners put us up in the larger, nicer house. A very pleasant surprise upgrade. Very clean, very nicely done house, and great location. Thank you!
