The modern three story penthouse villa is situated in one of Cape Corals most prestigious area with a quick gulf access. The villa offers contemporary style, light and bight. 4 bedrooms, 3 with king beds and the lounge with a queen bed. 5 full bathrooms (one is the pool bath) plus powder room and pool bath. The open plan kitchen/living room has an easy flow to the private pool.

This home is the perfect vacation rental who are seeking a luxurious vacation in Cape Coral, Southwest Florida. With three stories, each floor has it's own living space allowing privacy between guests. The first floor houses the kitchen, living room and master suite. The second floor has two suites each with bedroom and en-suite bath. Both suites have access to the balcony. The third floor is a lounge with bedroom (queen) and bathroom.

The view: Imagine waking up in the morning and seeing these breathtaking views. Thus property was wonderful. Three floors with a rooftop deck to see sunrise and sunset. Close to shops and restaurants. Peefect place to relax.

A dream holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired

We were 6 of us and we immediately felt at home in this fantastically beautiful, modern and tastefully furnished house. It was perfect in every way and nothing was missing. The close location to the river and to Fort Myers was important to us.

Excellent place for family vacations... spacious inside & out. The location and view was great. A very quiet & private area. The pool was wonderful, our children spent most of their time there. It was extremely hard for all of us to leave. We definitely made lots of wonderful memories. Thank you!

The Best One Yet

This house was absolutely fabulous. We spent most of our time at the pool area, which is beautiful. House was so clean I slept in comfort. Would recommend this home to anyone. The only warning I would give is there are a lot of steps if you have older people that have a difficult time with stairs. Only one bedroom down.

Beautiful House

This house went beyond our expectations! The house had everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals in and found the designated eating spaces to be just perfect! We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely consider renting this house again. We also rented a boat for the week and that was awesome! We took the boat to Sanibel and Capitivia.. we watched fireworks over the water on the 4th. Just spectacular!

Perfect Vacation Home

We stay in this beautiful home with our family of 6. Ages ranged from 16 to 26 with our kids. This home is outrageously gorgeous. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are all spacious and very clean. There are allot of steps for upstairs rooms so just be aware. Master bedroom downstairs on main floor was very nice. The pool and spa are very well taken care of and very clean. The house sits on a fairly busy road but it’s a great neighborhood and very safe, it’s a great location. Jens the house manager went above and beyond to answer any concerns or questions that came up. I got an immediate response regardless of time of day. This home is definitely on the list of must come back!

Amazing property to spend your vacation at!

We had an amazing time staying at this property for a week with our family. The house was amazing with everything you could need to make it feel like it’s your own house. Lars and team went above and beyond to accommodate us and I really appreciate that. Communication was very good. I guess the only “negative” thing I could say which wasn’t a big deal was that that the Lanai cage for the pool was gone due to hurricane Ian (which was stated on the listing) but we knew that before we booked. The temporary fence just slightly obstructs the view of the canal a little bit. Other than that, it did not bother us at all as there was no bugs or flies to bother us. I’m sure they’re working on getting up a new lanai. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely book the property again when we go down to Florida again. Book with confidence

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful visit to Cape Coral this summer. The house was exactly as described and more. They've thought of everything you need to have an amazing stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, as well as a chance to get out on the boat (made easy with the boat dock) to see dolphins and manatees. Thank you!
