To the holiday home:
The 110m² holiday home is located in a quiet side street in Erlengrund, just 50m from the adventure bay. 10min. The kiosk, snack bar, ice cream shop and two restaurants are within walking distance. The house was completely renovated in 2015 and is modern, tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is ideal for a large or 2 related / friend families, since there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom in the front and in the back of the house.

The approx. 35m² combined dining and living room is in the middle of the house and creates a cozy atmosphere thanks to the dark furniture. Here you can spend a very nice time with a variety of board games even in rainy weather.

There are 3 flat screen televisions in the house. They are located in the living room, in double room 1 and in the single room. There is also a music system in the living room to which an iPhone or cell phone can be connected via USB. You can go directly to the Internet via a WiFi connection.

The new open and functional kitchen offers enough space for cooking and for the supplies and is connected to the dining area by a counter. It is equipped with extensive dishes, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave. A large refrigerator with an integrated freezer and a quiet dishwasher were ready for use.

The 4 bedrooms are comfortably and attractively furnished. In double room 1 a cot can be added.

The two new bathrooms have a walk-in tiled shower area with sliding glass doors.

There is a storage room in the house, where suitcases, bags and other items can be stowed.

The little visible garden is oriented to the southwest and invites you to relax and grill on the large terrace or the approx. 100m² lawn. Garden table, chairs, loungers, a parasol and the grill are available.

Schönes Ferienhaus, für uns ideal durch die getrennten Bereiche und zwei Bäder, da wir als Familie mit den Großeltern gereist sind. Auf Mängel hat die Vermieterin direkt reagiert und den Hausmeister beauftragt. War ein schöner Urlaub.

Es waren 700 Meter zur Haltestelle Familienlagune. Haben da noch platz gefunden in der Bimmelbahn

Das Ferienhaus macht einen sehr gepflegten und ordentlichen Eindruck, bietet eine umfangreiche Ausstattung und durch die räumliche Anordnung von Bädern und Schlafzimmern ist eine Trennung in 2 Gruppen gut möglich. Allerdings ist das Badezimmer im hinteren Teil des Hauses arg klein geraten.Die offene Gestaltung von Küche, Ess- und Wohnraum ermöglicht eine kommunikative Atmosphäre. Terrasse und Garten sind sehr geräumig und bieten Aufenthalt in der Sonne, aber auch im Schatten.Der Weg zum und auf den Deich bzw. zur Familienlagune ist barrierefrei.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bei der Ankunft war das Haus sehr ausgekühlt. Aber die Einrichtung, Ausstattung etc. hat uns begeistert.Zur Stadt sind es ca. 25min Gehzeit.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig auf der abgelegenen Seite der Perlebucht. Man ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Deich und in 10 Minuten am Sandstrand in der Bucht. Die Zufahrt und vor allem die Ausfahrt mit Auto setzt voraus, dass man auf dem schmalen Weg ca. 20m rückwärts fährt. Das Haus selbst ist schön, für 7 Personen war es insgesamt groß genug. Die Größe der Bäder sollte allerdings etwas genauer beschrieben werden. Vor allem das 2. „Bad“ ist eine Katastrophe. Die Türe lässt sich nur schließen, wenn man in die Dusche steigt, die Handtuchheizung hinter der Tür ist als solche nicht nutzbar, stattdessen wären Haken im Zwischenflur sinnvoll. Auch die Schubladen unter dem Waschbecken lassen sich nur vollständig öffnen, wenn die Badtür geschlossen ist. Die Duschtür lässt sich trotz unterschiedlicher Versuche nicht wasserdicht schließen, sodass nach dem Duschen im Bad (also unter dem Waschbecken und rund um die Toilette) alles unter Wasser steht (Aufnehmer einpacken!) Wohnraum und Küche sind super ausgestattet, auch der Garten ist gut möbliert. Leider lässt der Gärtner nach dem Rasenmähen einen Teil vom Gras auf der Wiese liegen, das sich dann im Haus weiter verteilt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Büsum.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit 3 Generationen. Alle waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, schön ruhig, nah an der Familienlagune. Die Stadt ist etwa 30 Gehminuten entfernt aber die Bimmelbahn fährt nahegelegen regelmäßig. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder. fährt

Schönes Ferienhaus in direkter Lage zur Perlebucht, Hundestrand

Das Ferienhaus war super schön eingerichtet, hatte eine gute Aufteilung der Räume und es gab eigentlich alles was einen Urlaub mit der Familie angenehm macht. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern eine Woche in dem Haus und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Schön war der Garten mit Strandkorb Gartenstühlen Tisch, Schirm und Grill. Es gab auch jede Menge Spielsachen, Spiele und Bücher sowie Wolldecken für kühle Abende. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man könnte allerdings mal die ein oder andere Pfanne tauschen da deren Beschichtung nicht mehr appetitlich war. Die Beschreibung der Lage sollte allerdings überarbeitet werden da es 160 Meter bis zum Deich sind und nicht wie angegeben 50!

Familienurlaub mit 2 Generationen

Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Super, dass es zwei Bäder gab und quasi 1 Familie sich durch eine Schiebetüre komplett sondieren konnte, wenn es gewollt war. Wir haben diese 1 Woche enorm genossen und würden die Wohnung, bzw. das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, falls wir nochmal einen Familienurlaub mit mehreren Personen machen. Vielen Dank!

Das Haus ist super einzige was mich gestört hat die Einfahrt Mann könnte ruhig die Stachelnhecke mehr stützen damit mann ohne Probleme rein und rausfahren kann und ohne Kratzer im Lack ansonsten Topf

Gutes Haus

Alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus können wir empfehlen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangsraum zu einem anderen Schlafzimmer ist. Wer mit Freunden verreist muss hier aufpassen.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist für zwei Familien super geeignet und ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat eine optimale Lage zum Meer und man kann mit dem Fahrrad die Innenstadt in ein paar Minuten erreichen.

Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen. Es war gut ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten und die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich ist einfach perfekt. Mit kleinen Kindern genau das Richtige! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank!
