MODERN, PRISTINE, LOCATION!! Our newly-built beach house is perfectly located 5 minutes walking distance to the BEACH and bars and restaurants on Center St. It’s full of high-end furnishings, a gorgeous new kitchen with new appliances, and two amazing porches!! Come stay at Folly in style!!

The space
This fantastic home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and has ample sleeping options with a King, two full beds, one Queen size bed and two couches to ensure you'll be properly rested on your much-deserved vacation.

The fully furnished kitchen, with new quartz countertops, a gas stove, and a huge island in the middle and connected living space, with comfy couches and chairs surrounding a large Smart TV, create an inviting area to spend time together

Bathrooms boast gorgeous custom showers & large vanities for everyone to get ready for a night out in Folly.

Unwind on the porch swing with your morning coffee and/or happy hour on the side deck with a picnic table and four cushioned chairs.

You and your group will absolutely LOVE this space!! To give you the full experience, we provide JBL bluetooth speaker to set the mood during your stay. We also provide a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart and beach towels so you can make the most of your leisure time.

There are parking spaces for four (4) vehicles and a golf cart. We do not provide a cart, but you are welcome to bring one or rent one from one of the companies on the island.

This house was advertised as “luxury”. It is by no means that. The house itself is fine, not really decorated however. The upholstered furniture was dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable with foam toppers. The kitchen is not furnished well. The rugs were ratty and dirty.

House was exactly as pictured and in an excellent location. We could easily walk to everything. Loved that beach chairs were provided along with a cooler and beach towels. Great communication with host.

Property itself was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of paper products.Bathroom amenities were well stocked. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there…never had a beach day or a time to just walk to Center Street. Did not get to enjoy deck or downstairs due to weather.

Look no further - this is the house you’re looking for! Ideally located a few blocks from the Main Street and a few blocks from the beach. 24-hour market around the block. Screened in porch with a swing for people watching, reading or chatting. So many beach items and a wagon to cart them in. Lovely bedrooms, nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room with recliners! Oh and a very responsive host! We loved our stay here and felt like we had really lucked out.

TLDR: Book this property!

Where to start? Sara's place on Folly Beach is INCREDIBLE!!!!! What makes it incredible?*the house is GORGEOUS!!!! A kitchen that is so outfitted, I felt like I was home (seriously!) and beautiful!!*the beds are like marshmallows - soft is an understatement!*the living room space is fantastic and had such great seating - our family loved to come back from a day out exploring and just relax on the comfy couches and watch a movie*LOCATION!!!! You are a literal 2 minute walk from Bert's Market (the only grocery shop on the island and they make great sandwiches) and a 4 minute walk to the BEACH!!! Or walk like 5 minutes down to the main road and you've got shops, coffee places, restaurants all around. And you can walk to the Charleston SUP place!! It's the best possible location!!*Did I mention all of the beach stuff?? Wagons, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, you name it!! AND where that's all stored - a private outdoor shower to wash off all of the sand and salt water.This VRBO is the best I have EVER stayed at. Ever. I want to go back to Folly, solely to stay at Sara's place again. Yes, it was that good, y'all.

Beautiful hime

We enjoyed relaxing in the home during our visit to the area. Everything was as advertised. The house was well stocked and clean. We saw all the beach items provided, such as a cooler, beach towels and beach toys but our weather was too cold to make use of the stuff. It was easy walking to shops and restaurants from the house which was the main reason we picked the house.

Perfect location!

The pictures on the website are spot-on. The house, rooms and property was VERY clean and truly spotless. The location was superb. Had I known how close we were to EVERYTHING, I would’ve not rented a golf cart. We extended a long weekend in Charleston to check out Folly Beach. We chose this property because of the: short access to beach ( barely 2 blocks), # of beds, screen porch, outdoor sitting area, grassy area for football & soccer, gas grill, driveway parking AND all the beach gear! It was perfect!

Perfect long Memorial Day weekend stay with our adult kids!

This house was an absolute FIND! So close to the beach, and the restaurant and shops. A perfect location for a lazy weekend of beach time and walks to coffee and dinner. The screened-in front porch was the ideal place to sit and have breakfast every morning, or cocktails in the evening. Sara was incredibly responsive and well-attuned to our request for local brewery ideas! Everything was amazing, and should we ever return to the Charleston area, this is the only place we'd stay! Thank you!!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this perfectly located property. Sara (the property manager) was incredible and very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our arrival. The home was exactly as described and was exactly what we were hoping for for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 9, 5 and 10 months old). Would definitely go back again!

Amazing location very clean accommodations

The location was amazing. We could walk to restaurants, the beach and events. House was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Lots of comfortable places to set in the living area. Enjoyed the outdoor porch areas. Definitely a fun place to stay.

Look No Further

I just stayed at this location July 12th 2023. Had never been to Folly, but had a spectacular vacation with the family. House had everything needed/very clean and was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Bert’s is around the corner very convenient since it’s the main grocery/marketplace on the island. Don’t hesitate to book this 5Star location! Sara was a great host. Very responsive on any of our requests/checking in etc.

We Loved It!

This house was PERFECT for us. It was so comfortable, gave us plenty of room to spread out. The wagon, cooler and beach chairs came in handy on our beach days. You can't beat the location. Close to Bert's and all the stores/restaurants. Hope to come back again some day!
