Amazing Stay!!!!!
What can I say??? Ziggy is the most amazing host we have experienced since renting with Vrbo. We had our family vacation planned since May and we booked our vacation stay with another host on another property. Long story short, that host canceled our stay the morning on our way to Houston. It was very devastating to say the least. Couldn't even enjoy our road trip because we were on the phone with Vrbo to try to a replacement property rental. Vrbo did pay for our stay at an hotel our first night in Houston, and that's when we were able to find this property and it was available for the rest of our stay. Ziggy had great communication from the start and even had early check-in and late check out available for our stay. And to add the cherry on top, Ziggy let us stay an extra night with pay of course lol... We loved the house and the area was very quite, which we loved as well. We were close to everything we wanted to go and also easy access to the freeway. It was a prefect stay for me and my family as we thought our annual family vacation was ruined this year but, Ziggy truly saved our family vacation and I will be forever grateful for that. We will definitely be staying at this property again when we visit Houston. Ziggy is honestly the BEST!!!! THANKS ZIGGY!!!
