Spanish Main is a beachfront condominium complex located just north of downtown Cocoa Beach that offers a large, heated pool and private beach access. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, internet access, and more. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a balcony, just steps to the beach and pool. This is the perfect beach getaway for the business or vacation traveler. Centrally located in the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach areas near local amenities, convenient for exploring all the Space Coast and Orlando have to offer.

Spanish Main is an oceanfront community with a pool, barbecue area, and private beach access. There is plenty of off-street open parking available at the complex, with overflow parking in the grassy area out front. Parking passes are required. Centrally located in Cocoa Beach within walking distance to local shopping, dining, and services, and close to Publix grocery & pharmacy, Port Canaveral, Westgate’s Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, and more! Just minutes to Downtown Cocoa Beach, Historic Cocoa Village, Patrick AFB, Kennedy Space Center, and Melbourne. About 40 minutes to Orlando area and attractions.

Exceeded our expectations - Amazing!

We cannot say enough about this condo. The location, views, cleanliness and comfort were above what we expected. The condo has everything needed to cook all meals, the balcony is right over the beach, the owners suite windows face the ocean so you wake up every morning to the most beautiful sunrise. We cannot think of anything this place didn't have that we needed. Perfect for a family. The the pool (was so warm) and great for kids running around. We will absolutely be booking this location for future visits. Thank you!

Great Place

View was amazing! Short walk to the beach. Can see rocket launches at Kennedy Space Center from beach. Condo had wonderful personal touches, helpful notes from the owner, cute decor. Beds were a bit firm for our taste (very firm mattresses) and I would caution people who are a bit larger. The bathroom space is tight. My husband 6’l” 245 (shoulders the widest part of him) worried he would break the sliding shower door (he didn’t). I would definitely consider returning! We had a great time.

Great location

I loved the location of this property with the balcony overlooking the beach. It was so nice to just be able to sit out there and watch the waves. The on-site pool was great, especially when the kids were oceaned out. The kitchen was well stocked with things needed for everyday cooking, helped save money on eating out. Comfy beds and couches. Plenty of sitting room for a family of 4.

Peaceful and relaxing

Not hectic with tourists in the area and the beach was rather calm and relaxing in comparison to about half a mile to the left and right. Being on the beach and facing the ocean provided the Perfect view of the sunrise from the master bedroom and balcony. At night is spectacular as well with the waves sounds through the open window. It was perfect for our little family of 4.
