Not as good as it looked

Not overly clean; washing machine broken; 1 towel and washcloth per person for 3 nights stay; kitchen inadequately stocked (no measuring spoons; not complete measuring cups; hardly any silverware; no butter knives; no mixing or serving bowls; no basic seasonings other than salt & pepper; property manager communicated greatly with us & responded to requests quickly.
