The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing good little dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave oven. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and two coffee makers, one with filters and the other with Senseo pods.

Just next to it is a bright master suite, with bay window, overlooking the garden, consisting of a Queen size 160x200cm bed and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. An independent toilet completes this level of the house.
