The well-maintained, detached vacation home Le Fayai stands in a quiet location 700 m outside the village of Waimes and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Waimes is located in the east of the Ardennes, on the border with the Eifel and 9 km east of Malmedy. You are here in the High Ardennes, an area between 300 m and 700 m altitude. The dams have created beautiful recreational lakes here, such as the lake of Robertville at 4 km and the lake of Bütchenbach with numerous sports facilities. In the cottage Le Fayai you will be personally welcomed by the friendly owners.

Super aangenaam verblijf, met snelle connecties met de omgeving. We hebben allemaal even kunnen ontsnappen van het Gentse leven en van de rust genoten! Alles was heel goed voorzien in het huisje, van kookgerei tot kuisgerei. We raden het ten zeerste aan!!

We waren met 7 en hebben genoten van het verblijf. In de keuken is alles aanwezig tot zelfs handdoeken. Een schitterende terras heeft uitzicht op de natuurlijke omgeving. De inrichting is Ardens maar praktisch en goede matrassen.

We hadden een prima verblijf in dit huis. Als je binnenkomt vallen wat vreemde dingen op, na maar daar raak je snel aan gewend. Een badkamer beneden zonder douche (lijkt ons erg simpel.om.even haak te.maken voor een douchekop), een keukentafel die we niet gebruikten omdat die klein en oud was, de douche boven die ingebouwd is in een slaapkamer (en een kleine wc), een kelder met een rallyauto en een paar fietsen die kapot zijn Maar daar tegenover staat de ruimte (4 grote slaapkamers!), het uitzicht, de compleetheid van alles, een tafeltennistafel en een voetbaltafel. En natuurlijk de service die ze bieden. De eigenaars kun je altijd bereiken en ze willen alles voor je doen. Bedankt voor alles!

Excellent séjour avec point de départ idéal pour balades.

Très bonne location avec situation intéressante pour départ promenades (vélo, marche, découverte terroir...). Maison complète dans son descriptif, propriétaires très accueillants, serviables et à l'écoute. Au plaisir de revenir !

Prima vertoeven

Rustig gelegen maar met genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Het inchecken ging echt heel slecht aangezien de eigenaar geen woord Engels, Duits, Nederlands of Spaans sprak. Communiceren ging niet en echt vriendelijk werd hij daardoor ook niet. Verder aan de woning alles ok. De douche in de badkamer is helaas niet te gebruiken omdat er geen ophangsysteem noch een douchegordijn aanwezig is! Erg jammer als je met 6 mensen op vakantie bent.
