Luxury Gulf View home located at 307 Maldonado Drive is a dream come true! This incredible vacation home is located just steps to the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Pensacola Beach.

Step into pure luxury with all stainless steel appliances and top of the line chef's oven in the open kitchen. Plenty of space with an island bar accompaniment which includes a wine cooler and microwave oven. Extra refrigerator and high-end washer and dryer located in the laundry room as well. This home offers wide open living spaces, an elevator for medical use (please let us know ahead of time if this is needed), a private pool, and a plethora of seating on the covered decks for enjoying the beach breeze. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $75 a day!

Bedrooms are very spacious and all have their own private bathrooms. King & twin rollaway bed in the master, king & twin rollaway bed in 2nd bedroom, one king in 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in 4th bedroom & 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 3 fulls) in 5th bedroom. At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout. Wireless internet and gas grill is provided.

Perfect for our spring break getaway with the kids as we were able to stay downstairs and put the teenagers upstairs absolutely everything for a fun week would definitely stay again

Unfortunately, we are at the behest of the cable and internet company on the beach and they couldn't come out until 2 days before you left. House was fine but the AC ran a program/schedule so you would constantly have to adjust the settings. Every time we returned to the house it was 5-7 degrees warmer. Paid to heat the pool during our stay but noticed the heater ran mostly around sunset and just let the sun work. For 75/day you would assume it would just maintain a temperature for the stay.

The pool was wonderful to come back to after beaching it all day. The game room for the kids to hang out was great and the kitchen was really nice with lots of equipment & multiple refrigerators really came in handy. We used the grill every time we cooked. Everyone having their own bathroom made it much easier to share the space. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. I had knee surgery, so having access to the elevator was really nice. There is not a gulf view (just a sliver here and there between houses), but not every house can have a direct view. We spent plenty of time on the beach!

We stayed a week and it only work well a couple of days. This was never fixed during our stay. With the price we paid for the house we were also surprised there were no beach chairs in the house. The house had an elevator that would had been great for my in laws, but we were not allowed to use

There was a beach cart with chairs and umbrella that was nice to have. However, the elevator was not working. One of our relatives needed this feature, so it not working was a problem. The pool is nice, but needed chemicals, and when we arrived, the hose was running and pool was one inch from spilling over the edge. After contacting the office, later in the week, the pool heater was replaced.

The location is great - very close to the boardwalk area of Pensacola Beach, and very close to the beach itself - an easy 2 minute walk. The house was spotless upon our arrival and everything was in great condition. We loved that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. A few areas for improvement - we would love to have been provided with beach towels as only white bathroom towels were available. In addition, we had to buy all supplies for the week - toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, detergent, etc. I much prefer when rental companies provide those basic necessities, even if there is a small additional charge. It would also be nice if beach amenities - chairs, maybe some toys, pool floats, were provided. Just small suggestions for improvement - otherwise a fabulous stay!

We appreciate your suggestions too. Please know that we are a very transparent company and try very hard to let our guests know what to expect upon arrival. It looks like our list of "What to Bring" was not sent to you and we sincerely apologize for that oversight. It's a list of items that we provide and don't provide which would have let you know that, as an industry standard, we give an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, etc and it's enough to get you through a day or two so it give you time to go to the store to get what you need for your stay. That list also included information about beach towels. We're so sorry that was not sent to you ahead of time. We do appreciate the suggestion about the toys and chairs though and will bring that to the owners attention. We hope that you'll come back and stay with us again very soon. Paradise Beach Homes
