Charming stone house on a plot of 5000 M2 with a superb view of Figeac and its surroundings.

6 large bedrooms, sleeps 14, 3 bathrooms, large fireplace, 250 m2 living space, 9X4 heated pool from May to September), 2 terraces, barbecue, pool house, boule court, ping-pong table, badminton, many board games.

House located 1.5 km from the city center of Figeac, a free bus (every 30 minutes) for those who do not wish to take their car. Quiet house without vis-à-vis.

Figeac is a very beautiful historic city where it is very pleasant to walk and shop on market days. The latter is very popular with figeacois and many tourists who find the best products of the region.

The city offers many sporting but also cultural activities such as the Champollion museum, the theater festival (July 23 to August 2) and music (Musical Meetings 1st and 2nd weeks of August), visits to the historic Figeac throughout the year. 'summer.

Relaxing holiday

Beautiful house and setting, you would not think you were only 5 mins from town. So peaceful and relaxing, there were deee walking through the garden. The property had everything you could need. The shades seating area by the pool was very much needed during our stay. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive and the gentleman who met us upon our arrival was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely return. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

Logement parfait

Logement parfait pour passer un agréable séjour entre amis. Maison spacieuse, belles chambres, barbecue, piscine chauffée, table de ping-pong, boulodrome. Le grand jardin donne l'impression d'être à la campagne, alors que la maison est aux portes de Figeac. Je recommande ce logement.

Mooie vakantielocatie!

Prachtige locatie om met een grotere groep vakantie te vieren. Zwembad is prima, leuke overkapping bij het zwembad met een tafelennistafel. Aan beide zijden van het huis de mogelijkheid om te zitten. In de zon of in de schaduw. Grote woonkamer en grote keuken. Figeac is ontzettend leuk en op loopafstand zit je in het mooie centrum.

Een mooi vakantiehuis voor meerdere gezinnen samen

Het is een mooi en groot vakantiehuis met een grote ietwat verwilderde tuin met een prachtig zwembad. Wel jammer dat het zwembadwater na 1 week groen werd. De man die het zwembad om de week komt proper maken was helaas niet gekomen op het afgesproken moment. Het is super fijn vertoeven in Figeac. Het huis is gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving vlakbij het centrum van de stad waar alles te vinden is voor dagelijks gebruik. Het weer was top. De omgeving is super mooi, de natuur prachtig en er kunnen verschillende mooie historische dorpen bezocht worden. We hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad. We zijn er 2 weken geweest. Het was voorbij gevlogen.
