This family accommodation is directly accessible by tram from the airport.
At the edge of the green corridor, everything is accessible by foot, from 5 to 15 minutes:
- the old town of Nice
- avenue Jean Médecin
- Place Massena and the pedestrian street
- the Promenade des Anglais and the beach
- the central station
- the port
The shops are located at the foot of the building.
The apartment has double glazing, a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
Fully air-conditioned, the shower room and kitchen have also just been renovated. The spacious south-facing living room opens onto a balcony.
