Terrace and enclosed garden of 1100 m². Private parking on the property.

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, pantry with small freezer, bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm) with en-suite shower room, and separate WC.

First floor: 3 bedrooms (1: two single beds 90x190 cm, 2 and 3: double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom, and separate WC.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, and table tennis.

Included: electricity, electric heating, and bed linen.

Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
