You will appreciate the quietness of the place, nestled between the rivers of the Dordogne and the Lot, it is an ideal starting point to discover amazing landscapes, on foot, by bike or by car... The little extras of the gîte when you come back from your visits, on beautiful summer days, you will take advantage of the communal swimming pool to relax and without forgetting your children who will be able to have fun with the portico or the paddling pool, all on a closed ground!On the ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 1.10m, 1 bed 0.90m), shower room, separate toilet. Covered terrace, fenced garden. Private paddling pool and portico, the swimming pool (12x4.5x1.10 to 1.80m) fenced to standards is common. Cleaning and linen hire optional.
