Charming house with gorgeous backyard

We booked this house because we had a family wedding at 3 Fat Labs. This house was perfect for my family of 6 adults. It has such a gorgeous backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back porch.

Perfect base for a busy family weekend

My husband, son and I traveled to Greencastle for a family wedding, and this was the perfect home base and retreat during a busy four days. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to reach, and their friendly dog Pepper stopped by to check on us a couple of times a day. We would definitely stay here again.

Family members from SC, TN, & MO in town for our mother’s funeral. Perfect Greencastle VRBO

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Perfectly situated near Greencastle, Indiana, for all things DePauw related. Beautiful back patio and well-stocked with important amenities (coffee, milk, towels, etc). Owners were highly communicative and friendly. We will be back - I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Great find 3 miles west of Greencastle

Beautiful 3 bedroom 1 and a 1/2 bath home. Gorgeous covered deck out back. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with morning coffee and evening cocktail! Perfectly outfitted and owners very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Convenient and comfortable location-minutes from DePauw University

House was definitely as advertised, clean and comfortable with a great deck for hanging out and even grilling out. Mitch and Dova were very friendly, easy to reach when we had a question, and the home was really a great fit for my friends and I who were visiting the DePauw campus which was only a 5-8 minute drive away. Definitely would book here again in the future!

We feel in love with Greencastle years ago and find it to be the perfect bend of small town feel as well as close proximity to a number of great places and events. Just a sample: Fern Cliffs is a hidden gem just a short drive away, with DePauw's Nature Park less than a 5 minute drive. Add Indiana's premiere festival, Covered Bridge Festival every October a mere 25 minute drive- who could ask for more?

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood borders on a privately held woodland reserve and deer sighting are common throughout the year. We are committed to offering our guests a clean and inviting home with an open floor plan and intimate spaces to relax and enjoy. We are located just 7 minuets from DePauw University, 3 minutes from 3 Fat Labs and 12 minutes from Owl Ridge wedding venue. For those coming to enjoy events at C Bar C Expo Center, we are a short 21 minuet drive, Lincoln Park Speedway 15 minutes, and for Indiana's premiere Bridge Festival, Mansfield is only 25 minuets away.
