Sunny and quiet 2½-room apartment on the first floor, 64 m2, facing south-west. Living- /dining room with a balcony. Phone, radio and TV. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Bath/toilet/sink. Bedroom with a double and a single bed. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage (garage height 195 cm). Shared washing room and ski room. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Pro Silvaplana was built in 1995. The houses are located on the edge of the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing tracks and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and starting point of beautiful hiking trips in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 700m away. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, es hat nix gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Schlafzimmer auch sehr großzügig. Die Betreuung durch das LOGA Team war super und Probleme mit dem WLAN wurden sofort behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die erste Kontaktaufnahme liegt schon einige Jahre zurück, war aber schon damals tadellos! Wie auch schon erwähnt, ist die Ein- und Ausfahrt zum Parkplatz mit einem Audi A4 äusserst anspruchsvoll. Nachdem wir in früheren Jahren schon zweimal touchiert haben, sind wir die letzten beiden Jahre mit einem Kleinwagen angereist.

Eine gemütliche, gut eingerichtete Wohnung Rosanna hat mit uns eine flexible Schlüsselübergabe am BHF St. Moritz organisiert, was wir sehr schätzten. Obwohl Swisscom TV kann man nicht alle üblichen TV-Sender (z.B. ZDF) empfangen. Auch die Funktion Replay steht mit dem aktuellen Abo. nicht zur Verfügung. Gejammer auf hohem Nievau

Freundlich und Kompetent. Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Umgebung war sehr schön. Ankunft und Begrüssung sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung haben wir ohne Schwierigkeiten gefunden. Gut organisiert. Klare Beschreibung. Wohnung war sehr schön, grosszügig und sauber. Sie ist gut gelegen, ideal für alle möglichen Ausflüge, ob zu Fuss mit dem Auto oder dem Oeffentlichen Verkehr. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
